Amazing house zoo in the heart of Celje. We spent an amazing hour among in companion of wildlife and also amazing environment. The only minus is that they accept cash and no cards. We solved that problem with ATM 50 m away. The entry fee is very kind to wallet (adult 8€, child 6€). The personal was very kind and helpful. For sure this is one of must see attractions in Celje and also in the area of Stajerska. We will be back as Lovely experience from start to finish. Must in Celje. Tropic park with wild animals. Once in you forget that you are in the city center. Interesting for small children. At the time we were there monkeys run free. We saw crocodile actually moving, lots of snakes and spiders, birds, ... Very interesting place to visit. We went there on saturday before noon, it was crowded, many families with kids were there. Een leuke mini zoo die we bezochten. Onze dochter van 10 genoot van deze kleine zoo. Leuk dat je zo dicht bij de capibara's en lemuren kunt. You can find there a lot of different animals which are mainly originated in Africa and America. Nice :) It's a bit expensive for what it is. Personel is very friendly. But our local reptile shop has about the same amount of reptiles and you can just walk in there and have a look. Very interesting place to when in Celje. You can see the animals whery closely and you can see that they are well taken care of. I would most definitely come back and it again. You have to prepare for a strong scent once you enter but you get used to it very quickly.. Staff is nice, animals active but calm,.. All in all; wonderful place to relax and learn something.. 🙂 p.s. My son was not feeding the lemur, he was showing him a "special" rock he brought with him 😅 Veel verschillende dieren, maar het stonk er enorm naar ammoniak. De loslopende 2 maki’s waren wel vermakelijk. The place has soul and is a lot of fun. Might be true that the smell is strong (but you get used to it) and that they are growing beyond their spaces but they are also slowly moving to a bigger place that will be better for everyone. We went and loved the place, a couple of really cool ideas on how to present the animals in their best light and just an amazing success story of how to grow your hobby. I wish them all the best and to all of people that are thinking to - you should! I am looking forward to see where their creativity goes in a bigger space that offers more opportunities. To the owner - perhaps think about offering duo tickets connecting Tropska hiša and Tehnopark Celje. Both are great for kids as well as for adults :) Nice, but smelly. Zelo lepo urejeno za živali, vredno ogleda. Super It's a MUST SEE! :) You can see there was a lot of effort on putting the whole place together - funny, small, detailed :). The employee was very friendly. Predivni mali zoološki vrt, idealno za obitelji sa djecom, najbolji dio bio nam sa zečevima, zamorčićima i činčilama, jedino zamjerka, što se bar te životinje ne mogu podragati bar malo, inače ostalo sve super i mom sinu od godinu dana je bilo baš super. Nice frogs, lizards and budgies. Staff is friendly. Meni ni vseč, živali devajo v majhne prostore v prtljičju. Veliko živali je samih. Vse so oduzete od narave in nameščene v majhne prostore brez narave in naravne svetlobe. Zaradi tega da bi ljudje prišlu devat denar v to, v mučilnico? Treba se je zbudit. To ni normalno. Boge živalice. Ne priporočam. Prijetna izkušnja.
