Very chill and nice resort. Each experience is unique for each person. Some people are repulsed by the idea of paying €25 for 2 beds and a parasol, others are ok with this. I’ve certainly paid a lot more elsewhere. So, assuming you are comfortable with the above, I rate 5 stars! Beautiful bay and decent immediately above the beach. There is also a bar (separate to the restaurant) and it appears to only sell soft drinks and beer (ie no wine or cocktails), however my Italian language skills are woefully inadequate so that may not be accurate! As others have commented, the lifeguards truly do “guard” the beach. On many occasions they stopped unauthorised people entering, boats coming too close, and also people (including us) from playing with our bat and ball - I suppose they are there to keep the peace! Overall wonderful. Very good and wonderful private with facilities ( e.g.WC, parking, etc) and Bar to enjoy the day. Passable beach, with a good restaurant. However sun beds and umbrella are ludicrously expensive (25 Euros per head, including children). On top of that they also ask for one Euro for each shower you take, which is ridiculous. A beautiful private with a very special lady boss who makes small children pay full price of 25€ for sunbeds. It’s the first time in whole italy we experienced such a weird and greedy behavior. Even for a 4 year old, she said « pay full price or leave! »… so be prepared! Contrary to all reviews we read on google maps, this was not at all easy to reach; the parking was private and the attendant not too willing to let us in. Only after calling the restaurant, promising we would have lunch as well as beach-use, we were admitted. Using the costed €25,- pp incl bed and umbrella, lunch was good, but without reservation you may have to wait for a table until 3pm, they charge a €2,- service fee for every drink you order (on top of your beach-entrance and the price for your drink, a beer is €8,- ) and the shower also costs extra. The first drinks we ordered were forgotten and WiFi only works in the smoking area. You are out of reach for 5G. The is beautiful and clean, but we started with a more romantic expectation; this is just another money making business.
