Getting there by foot is basically a suicide as the pavement just cuts off at one point. Buses do not run by the schedule at all. There are piles of and the buildings around are in decline, giving away a posapocalyptic vibe. I wanted to see how long it would take for me to walk the coast until I saw 0 and it never happened. I dont recommend coming here unless you're going to help clean it up. There is not so much garbage as reviewed by the others, however, the would need some "update" - it looks very old, the buildings around etc. do not leave a good impression. Overall, good for one or two hours but I would spend a day there.
