If you Warwick give yourself some time to come and the Mill Garden. This small family is really unique and special. We paid £3 each which is an absolute bargain. We left a donation later because we enjoyed it so much. It was also really special to meet the owner. She told us the story of the beginning of the and it's transformation to what we see today. Such a place of peace and calm, highly recommended. The Mill is a beautifully tranquil oasis where you can just take a moment (or two) to breathe. I’m not a gardener but I can appreciate how much love and hard work has gone into this exquisite over the years. Sat on the and beneath Warwick Castle, it really is quite a magical place. Highly recommended. I recently visited the Mill Garden, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This hidden gem is a perfect haven of peace and natural beauty. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a serene atmosphere that feels miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The itself is meticulously maintained, with vibrant flowers, lush greenery, and charming water features that create a picturesque setting. Every corner of the Mill offers something unique and beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or simply sitting and soaking in the tranquility. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the fresh, invigorating air that instantly refreshes your senses. It's an ideal spot to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. The owners of Mill are incredibly kind and welcoming. They clearly put their heart and soul into maintaining this space and ensuring that every visitor feels at home. Their passion for the shines through in every detail, and they are always happy to share insights and stories about the plants and the garden’s history. In summary, Mill is a peaceful, retreat that offers a refreshing escape from the daily grind. The combination of its stunning environment, fresh air, and the warm hospitality of the owners makes it a must-visit. I can't recommend it highly enough! Very pretty and peaceful with love of and water. You can just sit and switch off. Visited this hidden gem today and was impressed by the layout, plant variety, and scenery and paths through the garden. Easily the most rewarding £3 I spent today and all money goes to various charities so get yourself in there! Also plenty of seating in the to take in the lovely and flower arrangements. A beautifully tranquil spot nestled between the and Avon. Perfect for taking time out and just admiring the or getting those up close pictures of the castle. Excellent little out of the way overlooked by the castle. Very well maintained gardens brimming with plants. A great place for photos too! Lovely garden, well worth a visit. tranquil spot by the river, very well kept, and lovely of the castle. And only £3 entry. Cash only I think By and large, this is one of the best hidden gems in all of Warwick. What an astounding enclave of beauty and tranquillity. Worth every pence to and everything goes to a good cause. Go on a sunny day and remain sat by the peaceful Avon nearby and Warwick behind you. nice place Well worth the great selection of flowers and plants. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Really lovely setting and garden, it's a little small but really nice for pictures and viewing Warwick Even if you don't any of the other many places in Warwick please make sure you find time to this wonderful place! What a fairytale place! Little house with a maze of roofs and an amazing garden. The owner lady comes out with the tray of vegetable soup, bowl of scrambled eggs and wheat bread and butter. Her husband is sitting on the bench outside in the sun and waiting for his darling to join him for dinner. In a few words of chat she explains that her father started a and opened it for visitors around 100 years ago and now she continues with it. They both reside in the house and they both are 86 now. The is like a little fairy tale! Wandering around I discovered a folder with many Thanks letters from places where Julie and David been donating income from visitor fee. Bare in mind it is only £3,- cash or card. By paying this you will be seeing the labour of love as well as supporting charities for nature! and well kept riverside overlooked by the magnificent Warwick Castle, fantastic value for money¬ We stumbled across The Mill quite by chance and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Warwick. Tucked away at the foot of the castle, for a modest entry fee (in aid of charity) you can explore a English cottage with equally of the and castle. We visited in August and the summer planting was absolutely stunning. Apparently it's equally impressive when the spring bulbs are in bloom. 😍 This is the BEST privately owned we have ever visited. Set in Warwick town centre under the wall. Such a variety of plants, nearly everything in bloom, no pest damage😳. Such a delight to either sit and have your work lunch or to like us, or as when we were there have your wedding photos done. This remarkable aged couple do all of this for charity, and delight. I am so jealous of this treasure. There are no toilets or coffee shop and parking is 5 minutes walk in St Nicholas Park car park. Not ideal for letting little kids run around as there's open water. A little slice of heaven here on earth for only £3 adult admittance, with some proceeds going to maintain the garden, the rest going to charitable causes. Just past the gate you are greeted by a charming elderly gentleman seated on a bench, the owner of this garden. The are astounding and the planting schemes lush. Seating aplenty throughout the to take in the views. My absolute favourite I have visited. This was absolutely stunning. We first visited here some 15 years ago. We knew we had to come back when the opportunity arose. Small but perfectly formed Un angolo di paradiso. La signora, proprietaria del giardino, è molto gentile e premurosa nel consigliare le mete da visitare a Warwick. Stunning quintessentially English tucked away right by the castle. Don’t forget to take cash for the nominal entry fee. A must see location when you Warwick. What a wonderful find! You travel all over the world and miss everything on your doorstep! This is such a place. The is immaculate! The and on either side just set the scene for this wonderful place. Lose yourself in this place. And you will have a hundred questions about the gorgeous plants. We asked this wonderful lady who was working hard to keep the place looking fantastic. There wasn't anything she didn't know, and her passion shone through! You can just sit on the bench by the and forget the world outside! Truly lovely! A small and charming where you will feel like you are in a fairy tale land, entrance fees apply Stunning relaxing next to Warwick and the weir, lots of seating spots to sit and soak up the tranquil and enjoy the gorgeous views. Very friendly staff, so relaxing and beautiful, highly recommend £3 cash only entrance fee, private open all year except Christmas, in a quiet part of Warwick We were in Warwick in August and stumbled across the . Let me start by saying I never could have ever expected the beauty and peace I experienced with my partner when stepping into the gardens. We found several spots to sit and just enjoy the sites and sounds from benches and there was a small shelter that we sat under that I would love to recreate at home. Blood pressure went way down. Lol . The women who welcomed us were so lovely and helpful. When we go back we will definitely return.
