We visited on Saturday afternoon to play the Demon Barber game. Our games master Katie made us feel very welcome and her friendly and enthusiastic introduction to the game really added to the atmosphere. The game itself was very fun, a little challenging in places and Katie gave us a few strategic hints when we got stuck, without spoiling the puzzles. The itself was very well themed and all of the elements were in a fresh condition and in good working order. We’d definitely come back again for one of the other rooms. We were not sure whether we would the Demon Barber shop, as the success rate on the website is pretty low, but we did, which was so satisfying!! And we came back in the evening for another game in the Gold Rush, as we enjoyed the morning so much. We also want to do the Witchcraft and Wizardry escape, so I suspect we will be back again sometime. It’s a shame we have to head home for a party, really!! The we did were very different, and both highly entertaining and enjoyable. Our daughter didn’t love the atmosphere of the barber shop so much, but she is 11, so… She loved being a cowgirl ️ Definitely recommend these for the atmosphere, the and the sense of achievement. We felt like we were asking for a lot of clues for the Demon Barber, but apparently we had very few compared to other groups. It could do with a little more info in the for some of the puzzles, but there’s no penalty for clues, so that’s okay overall. Loads of fun, thanks to our hosts Katie and Maya! Prices for the remain constant so best to do with a larger if you can get one, to split the price more between you. Can go up to 8 people. We did the called “Contagion.” It was challenging enough and had different tasks to complete that could be done at the same time/overlapped each other which added an interesting element. A photo opportunity with the props at the end and the owner was lovely! We did the Witchcraft and Wizardry with friends and thoroughly enjoyed it! We escaped with 3 seconds to spare 😄 set up of the room, very entertaining and the host Cameron was very friendly and helpful too. Definitely will come back for more rooms! We did the Cowboys Heist and really enjoyed it! The staff were really friendly 🙂 will definitely be back to try another of their rooms! We have completed two of the now as a family and were really impressed by the quality of the and the themselves. We'll definitely be trying to the other rooms! Hi was incredibly professional throughout the booking process and Maya was superb on the night and her enthusiasm and positivity was infectious. Thank you to the whole at Escape! Looking forward to our next experience here again soon! We used this for a work activity - doing the Cowboy Heist rooms. Courtney was great, keeping us on track and ensured it was competitive between the 2 teams. We hosted a 10 year old party in the Witches and Wizardry room. I was apprehensive when booking given the age and size of too but I needn’t of been. It was a fabulous activity and I think bonded the and work too. All the children got involved and there was lots for them to do and solve. Courtney was our games master who was with the young - the warmed to her instantly and her being there enhanced the groups experience. We didn’t but were one puzzle away - it didn’t impact the groups experience - they absolutely loved it and were full of energy / chat about it afterwards. Thanks for a (near) ! We had so much fun doing the pirate-themed room, The Seven Seas! For most of our team, it was their first time ever doing an room, and everyone loved it! We unfortunately failed to escape, however, we came so close and enjoyed every minute of the challenge. We had to ask for a hint a couple of times, but most of the time, we were already on the right lines, we just needed some reassurance we were solving the correctly! Definitely would go again and try out the other themed rooms. First I did, absolutely loved it. Alice was a host, and definitely want to come back for more!
