Fantastic Birthday at Clip 'n Climb Bicester! We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Clip 'n Climb Bicester, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the whole was smooth, stress-free, and really well organised. Booking was super easy and straightforward, which took a lot of the pressure off during the planning stage. On the day, everything ran like clockwork. The were absolutely brilliant – incredibly friendly, attentive, and with the kids. They made everyone feel welcome and ensured the whole event was safe and fun. The had an amazing and exploring – they were all smiles and full of energy throughout. It’s such a fantastic setup for children of all abilities, and it's so nice to see them having a blast in a safe and engaging environment. One of the highlights for me as a parent was how relaxed I felt. I didn’t have to worry about a thing – the team handled everything, which meant I could actually enjoy the myself without any of the usual birthday chaos! The pizzas were delicious – freshly made and a real hit with both the and adults (we ate the leftovers ha!). The facilities were clean and modern, and I especially appreciated the toddler play area for the little ones who weren’t – such a thoughtful addition that kept everyone entertained. We were lucky to have sunny weather, so the outdoor area was a lovely bonus too – a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee while the played. Overall, it was a brilliant day, and my said it was her best birthday ever – which says it all! If you’re considering a here, don’t hesitate. value, fantastic staff, and a memorable all around. like it but none of the routes have changed since it opened and it is getting quite expensive. Feel like they should include the drop slide for free. Very nice place for all ages fun. We've made brday for my boy and everyone enjoyed. We get good deal on five plus one guest but you can arrange all up to your individual needs. All included cake and pizzas and good coffees to buy at the counter! Young to help with climbing. I made a booking here instead of Northampton by mistake, and even though i asked them straight away to cancel or change the booking for the correct location, with 7 weeks to spare, they have ignored my requests for a refund. I would not trust them with any bookings. It was a simple error but they will keep the money just on principle. Awful customer service. I should have left a review years ago as my son did all of the ALPS courses and loved them, but I felt compelled to leave a review after our at Clip and Climb Bicester on Friday. I took my son and my 6 year old who had never been before, and I cannot praise the highly enough. What a lovely team! We attended the 4pm session on the 22nd of August and unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the staff, but all of them were brilliant. My is very shy and can be anxious, and it was clear that she initially found the difficult. All of the were so sweet with her, checking she was okay, asking if she needed help, encouraging her. One lovely girl even played games with her and planted some toys on some of the walls to encourage her to climb a bit higher, which meant that by the end of the session she was able to push the button at the top of the wall, which she was so proud of herself for! She even spent ages with us helping my master stairway to heaven. My really struggles to interact with people she doesn't know, yet all of the put her totally at ease and she was happily talking to them, which is such a huge achievement for her, and only made possible because of how warm and kind they were towards her. Thank you so much! You all truly made her day yesterday and we will be back soon for more 😁 The LOVED it! We have been here a few times and have always had a experience-the are always extremely and fun! Last week was even better than normal-we had Ed who as absolutely BRILLIANT! The both adored him, he was really kind and caring and gave them little challenges to keep them entertained. All the were and gave us the best service as well, but Ed really went above and beyond. Great for me too-as juggling work and in holidays can be tough, but because I saw how fab Ed was looking after them, I was able to sit and do a bit or work. Bonus!! An hour is long enough for your session. It's a workout and you conquer some fears. The safety talk was informative and well organised. The were friendly, supportive and encouraging which helped loads. On each wall there are different challenges you can choose to complete otherwise just have fun! The children cannot wait to go again. We come for a birthday party. It's not massive. My son had fun, but after 30 minutes, he was ready to go home as he had done all the walls, and so were his friends. The pizzas looked and smelt amazing and they said the pizzas was really good. Just wish it was a bit bigger that's the reason for 3 starts We really love it here. It's becoming one of my daughters favourite things to do. In fact she doesn't want to leave. The have been excellent, my is deaf and the management team and have made a huge effort to be and inclusive. All the were really helpful. They all had a really good attitude with the which made it all the more enjoyable. Well done! Rachel has led sessions for both rhyme and climb and colour and climb for my daughter. She is excellent. The sessions are for social confidence, physical confidence and skill development. The have a and they connect with Rachel positively as she supports them to learn and try new things in a very supportive environment. Went for the first with not much of and can't wait to go back. The variety of walls was great, but what really made the excellent was the amazing staff, who were so and welcoming It is an excellent place, and the are very helpful. We would love to come again❤️! experience, we’ve been several times for rock sessions as well as hosted parties. Seamless each time. Rachel and Graham in particular are very helpful, although the entire crew works professionally and with a smile! My first visit and it certainly won’t be my last! Really lovely informative in all areas. Plenty of ready to help immediately if the children couldn’t operate the harness clips themselves. My grandson was not very keen to try many of the walls so Maddie spent a lot of explaining everything and encouraging him. Thank you so much. What a place for kids! My 9 yr old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her session. The were absolutely fabulous with her and all the children, all were so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Bicester Clip n Climb. Looks really fun but we unfortunately weren’t able to go and their weren’t at all. Received a voucher for this from brother-in-law who didn’t know that we were pregnant at the time. Haven’t been able to go whilst being pregnant then caring for a newborn and the venue have refused to extend the voucher. A bit more compassion and understanding would be nice. We booked a here and were super impressed! The were knowledgeable, calm, hardworking, and with the kids. Everything was very slick and well organised and for us adults the coffee was really good (and much needed). Highly recommended. Visited today with grandchildren. Very impressed with set up. were welcoming, smart and extremely helpful. Cafe in the hall is for a coffee, snack or pizzas. All nicely presented and tasty. Would def. recommend this venue.
