Good to swim in previous years Fantastic small pond surrounded by easy to walk paths, a small beach, a swimming area, a food kiosk, indoor bathroom facilities, a nearby playground and playing field, and large free parking lot. Even though it was too cold to swim and the food kiosk was closed, I spent over an hour here and another hour at the playground with my kids on a September 2022 weekday afternoon. Highly recommend a visit if you’re local to the area! I really like this place, peacefull calm and there is a spirit in this area, I have only been there in summer ehich the weather is perfect to relax but I think ot is also good in other seasons specially in autumn I plan to go back there in fall. Few hiking paths around a beautiful valley with caves and small waterfalls. On top of the hill few benches and tables to have a snack. Approx 20 min walk to the top. Great view on Kindsbach. Cute little swimming lake with a restaurant and playground This lake is a beautiful and charming place to swim and enjoy nature with your family. I lived here for 3 years and had no idea it was there but discovered it this summer when here for a short trip with my wife. The waters are cool and refreshing, and deep enough to dive in from the wall closest to the road. It's a hidden gem and there is also an excellent playground to enjoy and some nearby walking trails. Baignade déconseillée (voir photo 4) Endroit magnifique, entouré d’une forêt de pins, avec une aire de jeux très sympa (toboggan, tyrolienne, panier-balançoire, ping-pong, foot) et un lac charmant dans lequel on peut se baigner… théoriquement ! ATTENTION ⚠️ Le problème est qu’il y a apparemment actuellement des algues toxiques, qui sont décourageantes pour les baigneurs (et en particulier pour les enfants et les personnes allergiques).
