I was NOT told it would be done by a man when I booked it. He walked in when I was getting dressed, did not hold the towel up for me when I turned over. Would go somewhere else if you want a proper massage Visited the salon today and it was great! My hairdresser was such a lovely person. She also made recommendations of how to keep my hair more wavy. Also gave me a great haircut and a hair wash. Very recommended! Very professional job done on my pedicure! But the place needs a good cleaning and update! Like visiting a family kitchen. Family members in & out, not very relaxing or calming which I enjoy when having a mani or pedi which is my little luxury of life! Couldn’t be happier about my new hair colour! Silvia did such an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted, set my expectations right and then exceeded what I had hoped for! She also helped me with guidance and recommendations on how to keep my hair colour as long as possible. Thank you so much, 100% recommended! I have multiple Chronic pain conditions and have had many different over the years. I visited Shirley's for a haircut and eyebrow wax (both excellent and now my regular). I saw the holistic therapy offerings and booked 3 at an incredible price! I didn't disclose my conditions (it's a way of discerning a good therapist). He knew exactly my problem areas and has been treating me for 6 weeks now. My pain level has decreased, i am pain free for around 12 hours following the massage (it's been 22 years without pain for one second). My migraines are down by 60 percent and I am reducing yet another medication. Apart from all of that I am slightly more relaxed (i am a stresshead) and I am doing much more in day to day life .....Do I need to add HIGHLY RECOMMENDED?? What I pay for 3 is less than 1 in the UK... Very comfortable and staff are lovely. I had an amazing luxurious pedicure that included a foot massage that was devine also had my eyebrows microbladed which I was very happy with, they last about 18m before you need a top up. Highly recommended. Giulia at Shirley’s Sanctuary is amazing. She cut and styled my curly hair beautifully and gave me great advice on how to care for it. A true professional who really understands curls. I couldn’t be happier.
