My had a blast. Lots of activities and friendly staff. So when I reviewed the a couple of weeks ago the manager then replied saying that it was unfair to assume that the don't care about its guests. Firstly the reason I said the didn't care about their is because there has been a norovirus bug there since May 2022,that's 5 months. They cant/haven't done anything about it and still welcome to the knowing the norovirus is still present and there is zero warning on the website and TUI do not warn before travelling there,it is a duty of care for a venue to present warn their if there is a nasty bug on the premises giving the the opportunity and the warning to stay away but they have failed to do so,hence the "they don't care" review. I am a fair reviewer,if you look at my profile I say it as it is,if you are putting people's health in danger I won't hesitate to call it out,I wasted so much money because me and my wife did not eat after catching the norovirus bug 2 days in to our holiday. I welcome the said manager of the to email me directly and we can thrash it out in private,although I think they will be mowed out with complaints after all the people I spoke to that had suffered the same as we did and I'm sure I would be at the back of the queue. I really hope the don't reply to this with the generic "we are sorry to hear...". Both of my children only went once but enjoyed it We had a great 10 days at this hotel, the staff is amazing and very welcoming. The food needs a bit more improvements. Wasn't there, my apartment is beside it and far too old to make sand castles and sing humpty dumpty 😃 If you are reading this review and want to go there with your - don’t do it. We went there with our 2 year old and had to come back home after 3 days and we booked for 15 days. The rooms are old and dirty. The bathtub in our bathroom was yellow and carpet in the room stained. We were in the main building and there were parties going on till 2 in the night, so no sleep for the kids. All the were mostly couples with no kids, who were drunk the whole day and also behaved the same way. Food was horrible and the same food every day. Entertainment for our toddler - didn’t exist. Yes we did talk to the TUI people at the - there answer was that because the travel was booked via TUI but with ltur, they cannot do anything and we can pay for other hotels or flight back. So rather than putting ourselves through this hell, we booked our flight back. If you are a couple without and all you want to do is get hammered all day, go for this hotel. Otherwise stay away from this place. Really nice staff and perfect foods Good for the but overall not to bad Its only for Germans ! We stayed from October 3rd to 14th in a Village room and had a wonderful holiday! Everything was great — the food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and plenty of seafood available every day. Our room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was changed every other day — always clean and tidy. The room itself is a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us at all — everything worked perfectly. If the rooms were renovated, this would easily deserve at least 4 stars instead of 3. The entertainment program was on the level of a 5-star — fun, diverse, and very well organized. Many thanks to the management for their excellent service and for creating such a well-run, welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the leadership team knows how to build a strong, professional staff and make feel truly cared for. A special thank-you goes to Gerard at the reception — he handled every question quickly and professionally, and his tips about local attractions were just perfect!
