There wasn't a big queue when I arrived here today with my son. The admin ladies took about 15 minutes to enter my details into the system because they hadn't a word of English. A nice local lady helped translate for me. But after that I was seen straight away by a lady children's doctor who spoke English my son bumped his head and I was a wreck. She checked him straight away within minutes of the admin being completed at the front desk and I had peace of mind. I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to corralejo they accept passports and or e11 cards and the service is free. Just bare with the admin and get past that bit I was here because of a little cut on my head from surfing. Staff is really professional, friendly and fast. Whole procedure took 30min. Definitely can recommend for this kind of injuries. My doctor is fantastic, a very special lady with so much empathy and generous in her help. Áll my previous doctors were great too. Having been to Emergency a couple of times, I have always been impressed with the efficient and prompt care they offer. All in all a great service! Attended this clinic when my fiancée was suffering from severe sciatic in her leg whilst we were on holiday. We arrived at 7am by taxi & booked in at reception, (reception didn't speak English which made things a little tricky - Take GHIC card & passport). We were seen really quickly, my fiancée was given various intravenous painkillers, but unfortunately they didn't ease the - so we were transferred by ambulance to the Fuertaventura General Hospital, (near the airport), where she received more medicines & tests. Her was eventually managed & she was discharged at around 2pm with a prescription for 3 medicines. We got a taxi from the hospital back to the hotel via a pharmacy. We paid €4.20 for the prescription medication - that was the only medical charge! Taxis were about €45 The one criticism I have is I couldn't be with her while she was treated, (even at the general hospital) - she doesn't speak any Spanish - and when you're in a lot of in a foreign country it's scary. Apart from that, the care received was excellent. My teenager fell asleep in the sun and got 1st degree burns. Jet2 advised to go here to get a doctor to check. Although we had applied for our GHIC card, we hadn't received it. Not a problem. Accepted our passport. were very friendly, professional and helpful. Given prescription of cream and killers, in and out within the hour. Thank you for your help. Took my mum here after she banged her head and had a deep wound. She was seen very quickly and the were extremely helpful. We were there an hour and in that time they assessed her, gave her stitches and an X ray and saw a senior doctor. We were very impressed with the care she received. Developed a very large blister on my foot. Went for treatment. Dressing was put on, I was told to go back the next day to have it redressed.I was then given an appointment for the following day, all the were very good and could not fault the treatment given. No queue, took about 15 minutes to book in and complete forms. Language barrier was not an issue as doctor used a phone translator. were very helpful, friendly and quick treatment. I was in and out within 2 hours. Could not fault the service it was perfect and free with a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). Incredible service in a low level emergency. I rocked up at 7.15am in a lot of pain. Within 20m I'd been evaluated and prescribed. Sent to the next room and got a killing injection also in no time. The whole thing took an hour start to finish and all the were kind, sweet and super helpful Very impressed with the out-of-hours emergency service - needed a tetanus jab for minor injury and was treated within an hour, start to finish. Lovely staff! In and out in 30 minutes with my son. He’d had a bad fall and we were concerned about a possible broken arm, thankfully just a very badly twisted elbow. I used google translate to explain what the issue was, needed his GHIC card and his and my passport. X-rays taken, sling and relief provided and didn’t cost us a penny. Service was excellent We had the most amazing experience at this place. Big shout out to all the for their kindness. We visited 5 times on a 10 day holiday for wound dressings by the fabulous Miriam, such a lovely lady❤️ Thank you so much for the care you gave to my husband xx Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
