Stupenda torre saracena perfettamente restaurata e assolutamente chiusa senza alcun cartello tanto che fa venire il dubbio sia privata. Una delle Torri costiere antisaracene restaurata ma tenuta chiusa senza possibilità di visitarla. Un vero peccato non avere nemmeno almeno delle bacheche con foto degli interni ed una spiegazione storica che gioverebbe anche al turismo interessato alla storia oltre che al mare. Sita nel comune di Manduria e appartenente anticamente al feudo di Maruggio. Lasciata abbandonata alle intemperie per molti decenni, all'interno della struttura dal tetto crollato cresceva un albero di fico. Nel 2011 è stata sottoposta a un restauro completo. Dista circa 500 metri ad ovest da un piccolo fiumiciattolo, il torrente Borraco. In quella zona è tutto molto bello acqua meravigliosa io sono andato in giugno ed ho passato delle vacanze in una tranquillità che solo in questo periodo si può trovare, bello anche Torre Ovo ma tutta la scogliera e le spiagge sono stupende.
