I really liked the swimming pool, it was a little limited, but still very enjoyable. My problem was with the sauna. There is a very rude guy that seems to be a manager there. I didn't know that you weren't meant to wear swimming trunks in there, but I didn't go in any of the saunas and was just having a look while my girlfriend got ready. I was approached by the manager guy and he started talking to me in polish (obviously this isn't the problem, we are in Poland and I don't expect everyone to speak English) I politely said "sorry, I'm English" and he started having a little fit. He was huffing and puffing for a good few minutes while I was just watching him wondering what his problem is. After a while I gestured to his towel and said "I need this?" And he snapped back "ONLY". Why could he not have pointed to my swimming trunks or his towel? I'm English, that doesn't automatically make me stupid. My girlfriend got out of the changing area (she is polish) and his attitude changed completely. He gave us the tour and told her how we are meant to use them all and we started having a nice time.... Until we went to leave. We stopped to get some water and the guy came up to my girlfriend and started aggressively saying how one of us was sitting wrong in the sauna, but wouldn't say which one of us or how we were sitting wrong, just that we were wrong and other saunas don't mind, but he does. Mate, chill out. If you have an issue with something we're doing then politely say this when we're doing it. This is the first either of us have ever been to and I don't think we will go back, he fully ruined it. It was meant to be relaxing and chilled, but it definitely wasn't. Or it was relaxing if you took this guy out of the equation. Still can' understand how such a good water park can be in this city. Offers a great break after a tiring day. There are also bars, a bowling alley and some billard tables. Nice and clean. Definitely good for children. Quite cheap for what you get that's why giving 5 stars. If you want to go check opening times as is different to pool complex also will need to pay a bit extra for that. Overall this is a very nice facility and I would highly recommend it. The requirement to wear a speedo is a little too much though. They could use some better signs to label the men's and women bathroom. The circle and triangle still confuses me. It’s a bit of a hit and miss experience. The place gets crazy busy, probably because it’s not open before 12. Locker system is a bit overcomplicated and gets very hectic around changing rooms. Pools had a good selection, albeit we struggled with a 4 years old. The smallest pool was way out of her league and it was rather a baby pool, while the next level up in terms of depth was almost double her height. There are some decent slides and the place looked clean. The whole experience was amazing. Staff members were very friendly and professional from the minute we stepped in. Everything was explained to us in great detail. Ratowników na terenie obiektu sporo, bo aż sześciu, ale niestety zamiast dbać o bezpieczeństwo i komfort odwiedzających, skupiają się głównie na ciągłym upominaniu. Szczególnie jedna Pani, blondynka, której komentarze przekroczyły granice rozsądku — zwróciła uwagę, że dziecko nie powinno pływać samo, bo nie sięga stopami dna, mimo że miało na sobie kapok. W takim razie nasuwa się pytanie — po co tylu ratowników, skoro ich rola sprowadza się wyłącznie do zwracania uwagi, zamiast do realnego wsparcia i czuwania nad bezpieczeństwem? Wielka szkoda, bo miejsce mogłoby mieć naprawdę świetną opinię.
