Overall a experience to enjoy the nature, however you should know that you will travel with a group and can't really sail in your own rythm. We did not have much experience with kayaks and so we fell behind. The group then sometimes waited for us but as soon as we cought up a bit, they resumed in their normal speed and we could not catch our breath. Them waiting made us feel bad and by the end we were exhausted because we basically did the whole trip without any break. They should make groups of different skill levels because I'm sure the other people weren't happy that they had to wait for us. My family and I did a tour with Club De Conoe during summer. It was our first time trying out kayaking and our instructor Vincent was very kind and a teacher. We all had a time and it was a highlight of our trip to France. Amazing!!! Ben was a guide. Highly recommend Kayaking/canoeing the Sorgue was really a experience. It is a beautiful crystal clear with a few small rapids and beautiful surrounding. Club de Canoë Kayak Islois was a very good experience, too. A small group (in contrast to others) and our guide Adam was also and helped when necessary. I highly recommend this tour.
