They gave me sufficient information to be able to install and remove it without issue. Overall, very happy with the product and installation service. Can't recommend more highly. After working with Callum I can see that he has truly earned every five star review he has! He is really prompt with email communication and very clear about options that are available for your towing needs. He answered all my questions before hand and came completely ready for the job. He even finished hours ahead of schedule and was so, so tidy. I love that my new tow bar is completely invisible when not in use- his work is so good, that you can't even tell that an alteration has been made to my vehicle. Two gentlemen arrived promptly to fit the towbar to my VW Golf Estate. Fitting time was estimated at 3hrs. 2.5 hrs later it was done, and I learnt that the electrics had a built-in light checking system - nice touch - which works perfectly. The standard of workmanship was phenomenal and can't be faulted in any way. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a towbar fitted to their car.
