We go quite regularly and this year it seemed to be more popular than ever. Long queue to park them long queue to get tickets until they opened 3 more ticket booths. Unfortunately we were near the front of the queue when they did that. It's first and foremost an agricultural show so, if you're up from south of the border, don't expect many trade stalls. No plants, clothing, garden furniture or ornaments. But there are some craft and food stalls. Black Isle Show is a great event for all ages and not just for the farming community! The price of a ticket is very steep when it literally is just an entry fee, you still have to pay for all rides, food and drink. Lots of animals to see, rides to go on, stalls to peek at and food choices! Wonderful day out with loads to see from farm machinery to livestock. Sheep sheering demonstration was excellent. Stunt bikes and quads in the main ring very good. Great show ground, well organised Truck Ness and ladies toilets were clean all the time, well done team Great day with the family. Loads to see for everyone. Especially delighted to see my favourite tractor ever! 956!!! Great to go back after a few years absence. Plenty of things to see and the weather was kind but was disappointed with having to queue for an hour to get food from the stalls. Perhaps more food vendors next time? Otherwise enjoyed it. First time at the Black Isle show in many years, it was great. Stands were brilliant and so we're all the company representatives, funfair was big and lots to do. Food was plentiful and what we had was well worth it. Can't wait for next year. Great show by far the best in Scotland, definitely worth checking out some year! have endless machinery, trucks, tractors, all animals chickens, sheep, coos, horses, goats, bunny’s, birds you name it, nice wee stalls around the area too.
