I just wanted to say a special thank you to the amazing team on Sunday – Hollie, Kayleigh, Logan, and Oliver. They went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable and included, which means so much to us, especially since going into new places can often feel overwhelming for him. My son is ten and this was his first time trying karting. Gavin scheduled us in a the best time so it wouldn’t be too busy. I think it’s great how they can adjust the power of the Karts. Rory, Pam, Cameron & Wil (Hutcheson) 🏎️🏁🏎️🏁 I had a very disappointing experience at Inverness Kart Raceway Indoor Go Karting Track. The entire event was poorly managed and unprofessional. My kart was not working properly, and despite mentioning it, the issue was not resolved. We had paid for the full Grand Prix package, but the practice and qualifying laps were unexpectedly combined into a single round. Without any clear communication, we were suddenly placed into what turned out to be the final race. After finishing, we were told to wait as we would be called to race again, yet after sitting for over 25 minutes, it became clear that we were actually done. Overall, the lack of organization and communication made for a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Had an amazing time! I went with a group of friends as a joint birthday treat, and we had a blast. The staff were super helpful and explained things clearly and were really nice. The facility and track was very good. Absolutely worth it and highly recommend it. I'm certainly going back with my friends again! Had a great day on the track with my to boys and my youngest loved it the most! Again again he kept saying lots off fun!
