Great place, great value. Loads of fun for the kids, would highly recommend. Was there with my nieces for a birthday party, they had a great time. were all very cool. All the were attentive and polite when spoken to. I asked one woman wearing a hat how you got started wall running, expecting a brief description. However she then went and gave a couple of demonstrations. Then she continued giving tips and pointers to my daughters for ages. Shame they don't have foam pit or some other obstacles but it is still good fun. We pretty much had the place to ourselves which was really fun too. Great place to wear the out for a hour. Nice and safe friendly staff, coffee good as well. Will visit again. Really fun and tantalizing but lacking in authoritative who can tame all the feral running around like headless chickens and who have no respect or spatial awareness for older bouncers. Top entertainment, nephews had a blast. Gave a few somersaults a go myself (but completely avoided the ball zone aka trampolining's wild west). Also rather pleased with my new £2 grippy socks, like a pair of takeaway totes. So I went here with my friends and we forgot about no running rule and ran for a tiny bit and then we got kicked out and they are rude and the customer service is quite bad 99% of the time they are not even at the till and the worker also said to us don’t run when there is around and their was no around. Also the workers ganged up on us and they lobbed a doge ball at my head full force outside of the dodge ball area. The workers think they are funny but they really aren’t they annoy me and they also run so they break rules and they don’t get kicked out and the also swear at customers. DONT COME HERE YOU WILL GET A BAD TIME Great place for the (and adults 😅) Staff are lovely and they will help you with jumps you are unsure about etc! Great addition to Inverness If you have any sense you would give this place a wide Birth. Took my twin boy aged 8 to this horrendous place and my 6 year old daughter. The were standing about swearing and when I asked to speak to a manager I was met with WHY. I explained this is supposed to he a place for and their language wasn't acceptable. I was then told by the manager that I wasn't allowed back because his no not to swear and I was lying. The language coming from their mouths wasn't just mild either. I only wanted to make their manager aware so he could just have a word with them. So if you have issues don't complain or you won't be allowed back, not that I would ever want to go. Innoflate is the way to go absolutely lovely polite and the places is spotless unlike Infinity. Good luck running a business they way you are with that attitude.
