Countless times we were referred to as RTU as if we were not welcome. If these are the people they want to represent and be the face of an MWR establishment than so be it, but “RTU” and foreign nationals bring a lot of money into to Hohenfels which ultimately is what is keeping the doors open. It would be nice if in the future all people were treated with decency and respect we all deserve. Prices are great. My experience with the was not the best; very unhelpful people were trying to bowl and pay, but it wasn't straightforward just to get the shoes. After almost 2 hours, I finally got my order for food. I had to leave immediately. The kids were hungry, and the wait time was unnecessary. Food was but thats the only praise warranted. Customer service was lacking as the man behind the counter seemed to despise any customers he had to deal with interrupting his YouTube videos.
