The owner Mr Stadler is very disrespectful and Nasty. He refuses to listen to your concerns to the point he told me to get out of his store. I bought the BMW X2CITY E-SCOOTER last May and the battery stop charging. At first they told me about the warranty, if it's not working and then they called me to change their story of blaming the battery maker about the battery. This is the second time Stadler tried to get me without accepting some responsibility for selling me a product that they knew was defective due to the battery issue. I had no information about the warrantee, so they blamed me for not charging every four week over the winter in order to maintain the battery life for this 2,400 Euro scooter. Don't support this business, because they are very rude and disrespecful!🤮 Dissapointed! Could not help when asked to fit a self supplied Tyre onto my wheel. Company policy??? Found another helpful motorcycle shop more than willing to help a fellow biker 🤗👍 Service Dept was very friendly & professional. They brought the mechanic out to look at my for the estimate of repairs. Highly recommended. Very helpful staff. Helped me to try to find a bolt to fit my road bike, which ultimately wasn't necessary then tried to just find a plastic plug to fill the hole but the store had already closed and they were still helping me to find a piece that would fit knowing I wasn't going to buy anything! Then I went to buy a basket for my dog and the older gentleman let me try out the basket on his bike. Will be back, this time for a trailer :-) I found a that I'm enjoying a lot, and I ride it on a daily basis. The buying experience was okay. My first visit was a little odd, but then on the second visit I had a very helpful person. The only thing that I did not like at all is that they don't accept credit card - without pushing the fee onto the customer. I think that in this day and age, and even in Germany, a business should accept credit card as a payment option, and see the fee they're paying as the necessary cost of doing business. Bicycle shop posing like they sell motorcycles or provide service for them. Just head to Moto roox unless you want a 125 cc Poor customer service, generally unhelpful.
