Ambience and service was excellent but there were hits and misses with the food. The sirloin steak was delicious, tomato soup was good too especially in the cold weather (early April). While the pan seared duck breast tasted good, the meat was a tad too hard. The linguine with mussels had a bad smell and taste as if the mussels were not fresh. This is such a lovely restaurant. We have been a few times and the food is always delicious, with great vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a nice kids menu. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful. It's very family friendly with a great atmosphere.
