Coco Loco is a must to go place for those very cold days when your little ones have a lot of energy. I would definitely recommend it for Kleinkinder. It also provides special offers for birthdays' parties. I don't give it 5 stars because I don't agree their policy of not allowing entering with your own drinks. In my case, my prefer to drink our homemade tee mit Honig rather than any other Colas (which is healthier). Besides that, all the service is very good and the meals are also good and tasty. The park is ok. The price, well, expensive, at least for me, especially because, like everywhere else, they charge for adults, that are they only there to watch the kids. For me that’s no sense. Does not accept credit card or visa debit card, that’s ridiculous for me. Luckily I had money in my wallet. On the other hand it was good for me because I spent less😌, since I had to use all my coins to pay the entrance. No judges, I’m not used to carry all my money with me. There’s a pool table for adults to play while several run around, imagine, with the risk of getting hurt. Obviously I didn't think it was cool. 😅. The place has a fairly big playground and is a good place for Rainy days. The toilets are a bit smelly and they have food and drinks at the bar. Pretty standard compared to other similar places we visited. My 3 year old had a lot of fun on the Parcours to the huge spiral toboggan, is very intricate. The personnel are pretty overwhelmed and I haven't seen any employees near the installations. This is a big red flag warning for all the patents visiting this playground with they’re children. The place is okay, quite big, lots of trampolines and castles for the kids to play. Very little option for infants/toddlers. The rest of the review is about a very upsetting situation we encountered; As we were playing with our daughter, two young girls (approximately 12-13 yo) approached us and our baby in a very friendly manner. We chatted a bit with them and moved on. After a while they returned, and seemed to be very interested in our baby, playing with her and chatting her up. One of the girls had her phone with her. As they left, my husband told me that he saw one of the girls( the one with the phone), was recording our baby. WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! Needless to say, I felt enraged and I asked him to take action. He did go firstly talked to the manager, or a staff member. And then he found the mother of that girl (and the girl) and she responded in a way that was unacceptable! All she had to say was that she’s young and she’s only recorded some footage from all over the place. Like that it’s okay. At the end of it all my husband demanded that she deleted the video, and she did. We left immediately after that, with a very bad feeling making us not wanting to come back again. Although it wasn’t about the place, still the whole experience was very bad. So please please be aware and keep your eyes open to anyone who approaches your child, even if they appear to be normal and “innocent” at the first glance. Actually I have felt rather comfortable. Not very client oriented and friendly but doing their job fine and fast. The staff is respectful and professional. Actually I was satisfied going there with a 2 year old kid. It is a more suitable place for kids around 5-10 years. I strongly advise against visiting this place for several reasons: - You’re not allowed to bring in water, food, or drinks for your children, which is inconvenient. - If you leave the main area, you cannot re-enter without paying again. This makes it difficult for parents who need to step out briefly, especially if your child needs to eat. - The entrance fees are steep—€15 for and €5 for adults—and most of the toys require additional payment, which feels unreasonable. - The toilets were not well-maintained and quite dirty. - The space is overcrowded, with older kids mixed in, creating a potentially unsafe environment for toddlers. - While the staff aren’t particularly rude, the overall atmosphere feels outdated and disconnected from modern family-friendly standards. I think it is the worst place for and I will not visit it again. There is an old man who does not respect customers. Bad experience. Enttäuschung und Demütigung! Wir hatten einen Monat im Voraus einen Termin für den Geburtstag unserer Tochter für zehn Kinder gebucht und niemand sagte uns, dass wir auch für Eltern einen Platz reservieren mussten, die während des Geburtstags im Spielzimmer auf ihre Kinder warten wollten. Die Eigentümer verboten uns auf sehr unhöfliche, arrogante und feindselige Weise, das Spielzimmer mit mehr als zwei Eltern zu betreten. Aber nachdem wir uns immer wieder mit ihnen gestritten hatten, ließen sie zwei weitere Eltern gegen einen Aufpreis von 10 € pro Person und natürlich zuzüglich der Getränke hinein. Wir wollten auch für die anderen Eltern zahlen, aber sie ließen uns und fanden uns in einer sehr unangenehmen und peinlichen Situation wieder, weil sie uns erlaubten, die anderen Eltern, die uns beherbergt hatten, auf Getränke einzuladen, während unser Kind auf der Geburtstagsfeier ihrer Kinder war! Nach etwa einer Stunde begannen die Besitzer des Spielzimmers, Eltern, die draußen im Regen und in der Kälte warteten, in das Spielzimmer zu lassen (auch hier gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 10 € pro Person), ohne zu wissen, dass es sich um die Eltern der Kinder handelte, die auf der Geburtstagsparty unserer Tochter waren. Das war für uns peinlicher und unangenehmer, weil wir denselben Leuten sagten, dass sie hineingehen könnten, weil die Besitzer sagten, es sei kein Platz und es gäbe freie Tische. Und es stellte sich heraus, dass wir die zusätzlichen 10 € für die übrigen Eltern bezahlen wollten! Die Besitzer verhielten sich die ganze Zeit über arrogant und unhöflich uns und unseren Gästen gegenüber und wollten uns einmal Plastikteller geben, um unseren Gästen und Kindern den Kuchen zu servieren, also rannte meine Frau zum nahegelegenen REWE-Supermarkt, um Teller zu kaufen, auf denen wir den Geburtstagskuchen servieren konnten! Mir fiel auch auf, dass die Portionen Chicken Nuggets und Pizza sehr klein und unzureichend waren, sodass die Kinder hungrig blieben. Und als wir ein paar Portionen bezahlen wollten, sagten sie, wir müssten eine halbe Stunde/Stunde warten! Am Ende fühlten wir uns sehr hässlich und gedemütigt für unser Geld, und anstatt Spaß zu haben und Zeit mit unseren Eltern zu verbringen, verbrachten wir den Nachmittag damit, mit den Besitzern des Spielzimmers zu streiten und uns bei den Eltern und Paten der Kinder zu entschuldigen, die auch bei uns bleiben konnten, und das alles zu einem Preis von fast 400 €!!! EINE GROSSE SCHANDE! Und wir können immer verstehen, wie sich jemand gegenüber seinen Gästen, von denen er lebt und denen die Anlage gehört, so verhalten kann! they behavior it was so bad , and they didn’t let take me the water for my baby inside , not respectful. No waterbottles for the kids allowed, no access to your backpack...supposedly to avoid...stumbling! Plus..unfriendly staff,ridoculously expensive and the toilets are dirty. Its supposed to be a family friendly place, such a shame. Voll geil Dirty is a good word. + After you spend 25eur on 2 adults and a kid you still have to pay for individual games. Also ich hab die ganzen Rezensionen gelesen und dachte mir ja die Eltern übertreiben bisschen wie immer aber ich kann sagen es ist eine reine Katastrophe. Personal unhöflich schmutzig unverschämt in einem Kindereinrichtung könnte man mit Kindern und Erwachsenen ein bisschen human reden. Also das war der letzte Besuch nie wieder Schade um das ganze Geld Wenn ich -1 Stern geben könnte, würde ich es machen. Leider geht es Katastrophe!!! Eine große Enttäuschung. Unhöfliches Personal, das keine Quittungen ausstellt, den Leuten Geld abnimmt und absolut alles OHNE QUITTUNG in Rechnung stellt. Die Besitzer sind echte Diebe! Sie haben den Geburtstag unserer Tochter in ein riesiges Desaster verwandelt. Bei der Buchung haben sie uns ihre Richtlinien weder erklärt darüber informiert.
