The SWIFT for verrucas has been life changing for me - I can't believe how well it worked on the verrucas that had been on my for as long as I can remember. Highly highly highly recommend the team for verruca treatment! After experiencing excruciating foot pain for a number of months, I booked into this clinic for the first time. I was very nervous about anyone touching my foot because it was so painful. It turned out to be a badly ingrown toenail. James and Dr.B are both amazing. Not only did they treat my foot, without me experiencing much pain at all, but they explained what they were doing and why. I have now been to this clinic 3 or 4 times and have to say, it is one of the friendliest clinics I have even been in. From the reception staff to the podiatrists, everyone is welcoming and they genuinely care! I won't be going anywhere else for my foot care! Paula x I visited the clinic due to a problem with my foot, which I thought was a verruca. However, Dr. James Davies identified it as a corn. He was extremely communicative, helpful, and kind. He first checked the blood flow and sensitivity in my feet, then thoroughly cleaned both and removed the corn with no pain. I feel much better now. I didn’t expect such a thorough during the initial consultation. Every penny was worth it. Highly recommended. 👌 First time visiting today with James. My experience was wonderful, James explained in great detail the problems with my feet, he was really really helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone. The staff are very welcoming and the practitioner - Podiatrist Ayan is very friendly and professional, making you feel relaxed and explaining the process. I would highly recommend anyone unsure about making an to do so and will also be advising family and friends likewise 😊 This was my first visit to The Foot Expert Clinic, Dundee following a recommendation and I’m glad I did. The whole visit, from entering the spotless clinic and being greeted by the very pleasant reception staff to meeting Dr B and getting treatment, was excellent. Dr B is very friendly, professional and thorough in her work and I liked the way she talked me through the process and what subsequent visits would be required. Very pleased indeed and would certainly recommend to others. Today was my first appointment. On arrival reception was friendly and welcoming. During my assessment and were thorough, and everything was clearly explained throughout in a friendly, professional manner. I'm confident my are in good hands and have made another appointment. Edited to add: I have downgraded this review to one star. Following a second several things didn't seem quite right, then last week I discovered that my confidence that I was in good hands had definitely been misplaced. I cancelled my third (which was to have been today, Wednesday) on Friday, made a complaint and asked to speak to someone in authority. I was asked relevant questions, was assured this would be passed on, which I'm confident was done, but to date I have heard nothing. I want to make it clear I have no criticism at all of the reception staff, they have always been polite, helpful and efficient. Receiving a complaint should be seen as an opportunity to improve; ignoring a complaint speaks volumes about how a business is run. I attended with trepidation due to the damaged condition of my toenails. However I was immediately put at ease. The clinician enquired how my nails were in this condition, in an interested way and not in a brusque or interrogative way. I was given helpful related advice and have no fear of my next appointment.
