Beautiful! We visited on a lovely spring day and loved it. The daffodils, grape hyacinths, tulips, hellebores, snowdrops (last ones) & other spring flowers were outstanding. Wood anemone and primroses through the woods to the beach with a stream/brook babbling away. The was also lovely with a very friendly lady that brought us our drinks and cake. It had a lovely ambience. We found one person a little unfriendly at the till despite us trying to engage with her but that was a small negative. I would love to return in the summer or autumn another time to see what the offer then. Such good value too. We visited on Monday 17th February and the snowdrops were in full bloom! It was absolutely amazing! 😍 It costs £8.50 to enter the but it's very worth it! There's also a (the whole menu is vegetarian which is awesome!) and the staff are helpful and the food and drinks are excellent. The shop is also well stocked and reasonably priced with lots of nice things. It's a place for children and families with lots for the kids to do! Be sure to follow the stream through the woods to the beach and explore the place fully! Cambo set within the Cambo Estate should be a must for any visitors to this area. The are absolutely fantastic with such beautiful planted beds and kitchen gardens. There are so many interesting plants and flowers with an abundance of grasses which sway in the wind. The sound of the wind sweeping through the garden creating movement along with the call of the wild birds was just magic. There are numerous seats and benches situated throughout the garden which were well used by us as we just wanted to sit and take it all in, just beautiful. We took the to the beach returning on a different path , the light and shadows cast through the tree canopy amazing. A visit to the Stables Visitor centre for refreshments and a look through the shop finished our visit off. The ladies in the coffee shop couldn’t have been nicer and the food was of high standard, thank you. We will definitely be back for a much longer visit soon. Beautiful and stunning in a unique placing. to visit in summer with the blooms, bees buzzing around, the stream babbling away and find one of the many benches and just relax for a little while. Lovely that serves really fantastic food. Even the simple toasties were packed with flavour and salads that deserve to be main meals themselves. Visited for snowdrop festival, arrived 11 am, parked up fine, short to visitor centre, lovely around grounds, well labelled snowdrops and other flowers, flat paths along river, fine for septuagenarian in laws. Real bonus was to beach past golf course, rock amd rock pools to explore. Pleasant busy in the stables with outdoor seating. Good lost elf playground for younger children. Distillery nearby too with alternative if Cambo too busy. We visited for the snowdrop festival and it was great, the woods were carpeted with them. We walked from Cambo to the Kingsbarn distillery which is also worth it. Oh and we loved seeing the pigs. A wonderful around the and so much more to see than snowdrops although they were the reason for going. Other parts of the getting replanted for summer so will definitely go back. Also, amazing soup in the for lunch A day out for our family. Lovely through woods to distillery and then in opposite direction to golf course and beach. Beautiful grounds and with the snowdrops in every direction. was great.....a unique place, food was incredible and staff were friendly. In there was also a spot with kids books which our kids enjoyed. Play park looked but sadly we ran out of time to stay Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
