I was recommended Footcare Scotland by a friend. I attended this morning for the first time. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. I thought I was going for an assessment and then to be given another appointment for treatment. My podiatrist took a full history and later did some tests. But, I didn't have to return for a treatment appointment. Once I'd been assessed I was treated immediately. In lest than an hour I left with lovely feet. Finally it didn't cost the earth. I will be using Footcare Scotland again and thoroughly recommend them. We visited Mrs. Genna Dall with our child and were very pleased with her professionalism and kind attitude. She was attentive, supportive, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. I was fitted in very quickly with an additional/cancellation appointment as was in fairly desperate need of help. Arabella arranged it all and Alastair could not have been better. Listened carefully. Assessed me, explained everything he was thinking. Did some tests, gave me exercises and helped me on my way. A service I will use again when in need. This was the first time that I had visited the clinic in Perth and I have to say that I was treated very well by the receptionist and made very welcome. Bruno, came to collect me and asked me lots of questions about my feet and took a definate interest in them. He then explained a lot of things about my problem, which I was very grateful for. Bruno, worked on my foot problem and I went away a very happy man. Hopefully, I will not have to go back, but if I have anymore problems, I won't hesitate in going back. I was dreading my appointment but I didn't need to worry. Everyone made my visit a positive experience and the treatment was first class. After suffering pain for years I am amazed at how pain free I feel now - walking is a joy now. I would highly recommend this practice. Lovely, calm, welcoming environment upon arrival, Alistair made me feel comfortable and at ease and talked me through my treatment options. I wish i’d gone sooner! Highly recommend for any foot or ankle issues. 10/10 for me. An excellent experience throughout. I was treated with patience and felt genuinely listened to.
