The room was fine but the bathroom was not completely clean and the worst was only having a hand shower. Washing with one hand while holding the shower head is a pain in the @$#. I stayed three nights in April. And one of those nights was the blackout. The host and stuff were very friendly and helpful and made sure I had water and food. There's also a farm so you can walk in the area and see goats and even turtles in a pond in the fields. The pool was still closed so no comments. One can always find a kitty to pet there, especially during breakfast. I rode there with my motorcycle and did a ride from Ride magazine called "103 Castelo Branco". There's a big gate on the main road to enter the premises. The parking is a bit later, next to the house and it has a shade as well. Very safe and for a motorcycle. There are things to see and do. I even managed to get to the festival in a nearby town 10 minutes away. We loved this place, super quiet, with a very pool. The night sky is awesome, with almost no light pollution. There are also some great views and places to visit nearby. We spent a very calm weekend here, but would gladly stay for a week. One of the best experiences I have done. A super pool, and many animals. The dog that comes every night is super cute. Tiago was very nice. The breakfast was amazing. And the rooms and the apartment was very cozy and nice.
