Nice and big inside with the most seating I've ever seen in a McDonald's restaurant. Drive through. Outside seating is also available. The counter service was instant, and my order was prompt and correct. I would definitely come here again. I only used this as a pit stop to use the ladies cloakroom and l was pleasantly surprised at how spotlessly clean it was.There was a lady cleaning the bathrooms whilst l was there. The actual dining area looked very clean and as l didn't eat there l give it a 4 star plus! Excellent service, quick and efficient. Food was fresh and staff were helpful. Whoever is making the chips right now (Sun 28 Sep between 6:30-7:00pm) needs to be sacked. i’ve ordered a big meal for my family off UberEats and the chips are uncooked, green and raw! cheese burger buns are cold as ice and so are the mozzarella dippers. Trying to also give food poisoning with the undercooked beef too - If my purchase wasn’t between £40-50 i would’ve left it, but that’s my earned money gone. When I arrived, I noticed that the table I wanted to sit at was dirty, with leftover food and crumbs on it. I politely asked a staff member to clean it, but my request was ignored, and no one came to assist me. I always choose McDonald’s because of its good reputation for cleanliness and customer service, but this experience was very disappointing.
