The food in this auberge was excellent; the foie gras was exceptional and the pudding (profiteroles) was something really special. The garbure surprisingly contained gésiers of ducks rather than the usual duck neck or wings. This was not what I preferred in the whole meal. My only criticism is that it's really far too expensive for a traditional Landes meal. Apart from that, it's a top choice!
