The first two days were really good. On the 3rd day after have seated we were told that the main course a are not any more (?). Asked for salada and were told that They are not done any more either… after having read the menús on the table! La Galera was very happy taking our money and we were very happy being well cared by them Its very nice place quit . Sometime they have party its best bar in the city . And their fries very good . Sorry no pork. There was another choice with chicken, sorry no chicken. Ok how about the beef carpaccio, sorry no beef. I settled for the ham and cheese with pesto panini. The server said they have no meat left at all. I’m sure she was embarrassed. I got the bill and don’t think there was a discount for the missing ham. I could barely taste any pesto so maybe they were scraping the jar with that too. Sorry, this was a wasted lunch on our only trip to Edam. Whoever runs or owns this place needs to try harder. I can’t recommend de Prinsenbar. Awesome place to enjoy local beer with very friendly atmosphere! The barman was very kind, and the locals on the bar were pretty great, made me feel welcomed since the first moment. My phone was dying when i got there and I didn’t have my charger on me, so the barman recommended the public battery charger they have there ( very powerful by the way). Totally recommend that place to enjoy a very fun night out!
