Nos hicieron correr con una PUERTA ABIERTA en pista, provocando un accidente brutal en la vuelta. Tuvo que venir la ambulancia a por nuestro amigo y llevarlo al hospital. Y mientras tanto, NOS MINTIERON en la cara durante una hora hasta llegó la encargada y nos confirmó que efectivamente la puerta de boxes la habían dejado abierta. Tb tuvimos que llamar a la policía y denunciaremos al establecimiento. Su respuesta? Ofrecernos unas cerveza como si eso solucionara algo. NEGLIGENTES, MENTIROSOS e INCOMPETENTES. Esto no va a quedar así. Estuvimos celebrando un cumpleaños y la verdad es que los niños se lo pasaron muy con los karts. Pienso que el bar es lo que peor está explotado. However we came back with our son who was here on holiday, this there was 10 of us in total on the track, we booked again the 20 mins slot, unfortunately there were a couple of idiots in there this who kept on ramming my kart, after 10 mins some went off and I was hoping it was them but not, just as we were going up the ramp I slowed down as the girl in front slowed down and this stupid idiot rammed straight into the back of me hard and somehow the Infront ended up on top of me it landed on my hand and shoulder, they had to stop the race and move the off me, I decided not to go on as I couldn't move my little finger and my back was hurting. This guy was been stupid all the way round which spoilt the experience, it would be better if the see stupid drivers that are causing problems to take them off the track, these are quick karts and they are mixing experienced drivers with people who have never ridden in one. The were gave me ice and pain killer but I was on for only just over 10 mins and I had paid for 20 and it wasn't my fault the accident occured. 2 days after my fingers are still swollen and I have got a bad bruise on my shoulder, it could of been at alot worse, so just becareful if there's a lot on the track as you. I will go again but unfortunately not back to this one as it has put me off going which is a shame as it was really the first time. muy chula , tiene bar con varios menús, hay la zona de simuladores que está todo flama , la es la vez que pruebo una a dos niveles , con puente , a mí encanto . Lo único que no podía aguantar era el escape el olor y los gases ,me reventó Es un caro, que siempre que vas nunca se puede correr y es excesivamente caro, además de la carrera hace falta pagar una licencia de piloto que cuesta 3€ y se renueva cada año. Además el es estrecho, no se puede casi adelantar y el ruido es impresionante Ventilation on is awful - after 01pm its impossible to stay there because its full of exhaust gas and heads start to have headache. Organization is also awful - you can read here a lot of truthful comments. We were here two times because the circuit is very interesting, but we never return again. UPD: if your ventilation would be according to current rules and regulations - it will not cause headashes of adults and kids all of times after sessions and space will not full of exhaust. You must not argue and save money on this but you must fix it, otherwise someone can really call the regulation and they will really check how it meets the requirements and will penalty you in serious manner. Some of the doesn't know English very well but all of them were very kind and helpfull. Negative thing is that you have to create a membership card which is 3 euros. Vaya panda de incompetentes!!! Vamos un grupo de 15 a disfrutar del día y hemos acabado la mitad en el hospital debido a que se han dejado la barrera abierta y nos hemos chocado todos con todos. Ponemos una hoja de reclamaciones y nos dicen que ellos no tienen la culpa, que han revisado el vídeo y que la barrera estaba bien!!! Alucinante!!! Hemos llamado a la policía, ambulancia etc y por fin ha salido la gerente a pedir disculpas y asumiendo su grave error que casi nos cuesta un disgusto muy grande. Nos dice que no nos devuelve el dinero y que nos invita a unas cervezas que por su puesto hemos declinado. We tried to phone since two days, they never hang up phone. Everyone should avoid this. !CASI TENEMOS UNA DESGRACIA! Personal del negligente, incompetente y mentiroso. Al empezar la tanda de carrera, en la vuelta y en la última curva la cual no tiene visibilidad, la valla que da paso a los boxes estaba completamente abierta impidiendo el paso lógico del circuito. Debido a la posición errónea de dicha valla hemos sufrido una colisión un total de siete corredores sufriendo daños físicos y uno de ellos acabando en el hospital de Valencia. Una vez sufrido el accidente el personal del negaba su error y nos metían a la cara diciendo que la valla estaba cerrada y en su posición negándose a mostrarnos las imágenes del circuito. Hemos acabado llamando a la policía local y pasado más de media hora la encargada del se digna a salir de la oficina y nos reconoce que efectivamente estaba mal colocada la valla. Aun así no se han dignado a devolvernos el importe de la carrera y nos ofrecían a cambio una cerveza, de risa. No recomiendo en absoluto que nadie confíe en la seguridad de este personal ni de este circuito. NI SE OS OCURRA ir a este antro … regentado y dirigido por gentuza. Vamos un grupo de amigos para pasar la tarde y en la carrera los 3 empleados del circuito… un peruja y otro con gafas se dejan la puerta de BOXES ABIERTA!!! Claro en la vuelta según dieron la curva los 8 de frente contra la barrera saliendo coches volando…. Varios dañados y uno de mis amigos en ambulancia al hospital de valencia. Lo primero que nos encontramos? Los EMPLEADOS mintiendo diciendo que la puerta estaba cerrada llegando incluso a firmar la hoja de reclamaciones poniendo que ESTABA CERRADA … vino la policía y ambulancia y la encargada vio las cámaras…. RESULTADO? puerta abierta y accidente que podía haberles costado muy caro … no vayáis si no queréis sufrir cualquier accidente es peligroso y negligente con gentuza dirigiendo el cotarro …. Buenas ,les pongo una estrella de puntuación porque no puedo menos ,fuimos ayer domingo a pasar una buena tarde y fue horrible por culpa de los trabajadores que ai en este sitio ,con las buenas instalaciones que tiene este sitio que tenga esa gente trabajando con malas ganas ,malas caras y malas contestaciones es una verdadera lastima ,la cosa fue que había un chico delante mía para montar y les negó que le dieran un porque funcionaba mal y el chico era habitual y lo sabía por el número del ,pues resulta que veo que me lo quieren poner a mí y les reclamo que al chico no se lo an puesto porque no funciona y sobre estar un rato discutiendo con ellos me obligan a llevar ese ,y en efecto iva mal y cuando se lo vuelvo a reclamar se burlan y me dicen que si quiero algo que ponga fuera una reclamación , y voy a poner la reclamación y resulta que pongo lo ocurrido y ellos en su lugar ponen que yo nunca les reclamé que me cambiarán el ,aparte de lo que os e dicho antes unos verdaderos embusteros también ,no volveré a ir en mi vida ,gentuza de division No vale la pena benir te juntan con más jente y corres por el a base de golpes de los demás No tienen miramiento en adelantar con cuidado y en las zonas que se puedes adelantar , Nuestro grupo no vuelve a venir aquí preferimos otro sitio Hemos venido 15 chicos de despedía de soltero, toda iba hicimos 2 carreras de clasificación y luego íbamos a hacer 2 carreras una de los 7 más lentos y otra de los 8 más rápido, al iniciarse la vuelta y empezarla las 8 personas colisionaron porque al final del circuito, a la entrada de boxes no cerraron la puerta de entrada, al venir de curva era imposible que les diera tiempo a frenar, porque no tenían visión. El resultado fue muchos golpes en los coches, con consecuencias de golpes en el cuello grandes en uno de nuestros compañeros, otro coche subido encima de otro, golpeando y subiéndose en la mano de otro. Nosotros al pasar esto pidimos unas explicaciones, las cuales fueron negadas repetidamente por el personal de y de fuera, negamos a correr la segunda carrera debido al incidente y mal cuerpo, que nos ha provocado al escuchar el estruendo provocado. El personal y el jefe de la sala, ha seguido negándolo hasta que hemos llamado a la policía y hemos puesto una hoja de reclamaciones. En la que se negaba el error de las personas de pista. Posteriormente tras la presión y ver las cámaras, aceptaron el error y siguieron sin ofrecer una solución lógica. Vergonzoso no recomiendo nada este sitio debido a su trato humano 0. Perfecto Unos impresentables, se dejaron la barrera de entrada a boxes abierta, lo que generó un gran accidente, lo que provocó lesiones a los participantes. Encima en un principio negando que se hubiera quedado abierta, luego revisaron las cámaras y ya dieron su brazo a torcer. Una experiencia excepcional de principio a fin. Las pistas están muy cuidadas, ofrecen diferentes niveles de desafío y hacen que cada vuelta sea emocionante. El personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y profesional. Se nota que les apasiona lo que hacen y se esfuerzan por brindar un excelente servicio. ¡Totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan una jornada divertida y segura! I had a great time, it was a very experience. Lucho, the mechanic was very and helpful. The track is also great, very technical and was fun when trying to get lap times. The karts themselves were also great, I felt confident with it after only a few laps Pensábamos que iba a ser una buena tarde con amigos hasta que un fallo fatal por parte de los operarios de nos lo destrozó todo. Durante una de las carreras, se dejaron una de las puertas abiertas y todos los pilotos se chocaron y se formó un tapón. Los operarios de no reconocían su error a pesar de estar la carrera grabada. Finalmente la encargada revisó las cámaras y lo reconoció. La mayoría de amigos que estaban corriendo han terminado con muchos dolores y uno de ellos tuvo que irse en ambulancia. No puede ser que no se revise la antes de correr. Muy disgustados. Pudo ser mucho peor. No se quieren hacer cargo por nada de lo sucedido. My only “downside” is the need for a membership because now it gives me more incentive to come here more often in the future. ¡Qué buena experiencia! Las pistas están increíbles, mantenidas y súper divertidas. Pero lo mejor fue el trato del equipo: súper amables, atentos y siempre con buena onda. Con los karts preparados en la línea de salida y nosotros ya dentro, NO SON CAPACES DE ASEGURARSE DE QUE LA ESTÁ EN CONDICIONES PARA EMPEZAR NO CERRANDO LA PUERTA DE BOXES. Por lo que el golpe que nos dimos todos en la vuelta fue tremendo teniendo uno de nuestros amigos que ir al hospital. YA NO SOLO ES ESO, sino que estuvieron 30 minutos MINTIÉNDONOS A LA CARA DICIENDO QUE ESA PUERTA ESTABA CERRADA. Tuvo que llegar la ENCARGADA después de que llegase la POLICÍA para confirmarnos que en el vídeo efectivamente se ve como se habían dejado la puerta sin cerrar. Después de esto, como es normal no continuamos con las carreras y SU ÚNICA SOLUCIÓN FUE INTENTAR COMPRARNOS CON UNA CERVEZA. Obviamente llamamos a la POLICÍA Y A LA AMBULANCIA !!UNA ABSOLUTA VERGÜENZA LO DE ESTÁ GENTE!!
