It's really just a tech toys' shop. It has a small exhibition below with interesting information on its displays but labeling it as a is pretty misguiding. Cool nonetheless. on top, in the basement. You need reservations for the which is led by a guide who demonstrates and describes the various (in Spanish, but M-F at 4pm is s in English, I believe). Huge electronic and robotic toy above. The part is small but in combination with the store, it is a kid's dream. Awesome experience! I highly recommend this experience. Great photo spot with tons of and good explanations of the history of in reality, cinema, and toys. It's even better than the former exhibition. The staff is very kind, attentive, and careful with kids. Fun place to visit. The guide is very friendly, knowledgable and most important of all, very passionate. The contains some rare pieces. You have to reserve through WhatsApp. The staff is really nice, helpful and above all, they let your tinker with drones, laser guns and robots. This is why I review them as 5 stars. love to be able to touch and experiment! My left the shop/museum with a couple of drones and a lot of enthusiasm for robotics. Thanks a lot! The is a bit too wordy, could use more demos, but it's good none the less. . The playing with session should be longer too IMHO. The Robot is located on the lower level of the Juguetronica. Visits are done by groups of visitors with an employee that will guide you through, so please make sure to look up the schedule for the visiting hours before you go. Entrance tickets are cheap and can be bought right before the visit begins at the upper level of the store. The Robot is actually small in size, however, children will be amazed to see that can have a conversation, dance and even hold your hand while both of you walk together. One of the best parts of the is the guide and overall all the staff that work at the store. They are truly enthusiastic and passionate about the they have in the exhibit and the rest of the products they have on sale at the store. On our way out we saw the drone demonstration, played with a robot dog, and had fun at the Star Wars section. My son, three and a half, truly enjoy his afternoon at the Robot and at Juguetronica. Nice place for kids. Situated in ABC SERRANO shoping center. Entrance for adut and kid is 9eur. Recommended. Staff were super nice. The robot "museum" is not that great though. They have a selection of statues which have been painted in the style of famous robots. Aside from that there is not much to it, if you take your there you can squeeze maybe an hour of fun. The was in Spanish and my Spanish is awful so I couldnt understand anything. Is a cool that takes you through the development of popular (not industrial) robots. It’s just a pity that the guided tours are only in Spanish . And you can not view the without the guided tour… And nobody tells you in advance that the is only in Spanish … So if you are not fluent in Spanish, the will be rather tedious. They do have cool VR games that you can try (10€/20min). We went to the drone workshop there, it was 20€ per person, it was 40min of flying small drones, which is nice, but I expected something more mehcanic.( I saw that the workshop is the same but with robots) I think it's a fun place for but if you are an adult it's not really for you.
