Absolutely wonderful, a must visit every loved the light trail, what a great idea and the food was greatly improved The Yorkshire wrap was inspired and beautifully presented, lovely young cook who was doing a Stirling job So enjoy this visit, it was amazing If you’re looking for a real festive Wonderland, prepared to be disappointed. This it is basically a fun fair with a ferris wheel, handful of take away places (hot dogs, burgers, donuts) and an ice rink. Rink is always packed so essential to book in advance. Fire pit to toast your (paid for) marshmallows is a nice touch but average prices for a burger or hot dog is around £7 and prices for really add up for a family. Over priced, lacking in festive vibes. We had a great family day out here for Christmas ice skating. It is quite pricey but most attractions are. We set a budget before going so it wasn't any extra than we expected. Nice place to go with the family or with friends Make sure you take your credit card as like always it’s not cheap Other than the expensive which soon add up if you have a few children it’s a nice place to visit once a as a treat. Swansea Winter Wonderland has its moments of festive charm, but there are certainly areas where it falls short. The are decent and provide some fun, though they're nothing out of the ordinary. What really dampened the for me was the food. The prices are incredibly high, and it feels like you're being taken advantage of. The games, too, left a sour taste. Offering 3 balls for £10 for a toy that’s supposedly worth £25 just screams a money-making scheme. Overall, my visit to Swansea Winter Wonderland was rather disappointing. I expected more for the amount of money spent and left feeling like it was an overpriced experience. I hope they improve these aspects in the future, as it has the potential to be a much more enjoyable event. Great range of and discounts for carers of special needs children with Hynt cards. Visited my sister at Swansea and we had a nice time at Swansea Waterfront Winterland and it was an amazing experience. It was one of my 2024 outings that will be forever in my mind. I did lots of games and riding. Finally won a big teddy bear for my darling sister and she loved it. It was an amazing experience. Good for the kids Good place for kids to have fun over the festive season. Fun and food under the same roof every from end of November until the beginning of January. It's a 5 star for Swansea Waterfront Iceland Amusement Park - nonstop entertainment for all; your kids wouldn't want to leave Visited Swansea Waterfront Winterland and overall it was a really enjoyable experience, especially for families. It’s brilliant for kids, with plenty of colourful and attractions that keep them entertained, and there’s also a good range of for adults, so it doesn’t feel like it’s just aimed at children. The location along the waterfront adds to the atmosphere, particularly in the evening with the lights and views across the bay. The are reasonably priced, which makes it easier to enjoy more than one without it feeling excessive. The only downside is the food prices, which are on the expensive side for what you get, although the variety is decent and fits the winter fair vibe. Enjoyed the ice skating . The equipment and facilities were good quality . Off peak price was reasonable . The only let down was the diligence of the staff managing the ice . Far too many people just stood in the way with small children . Then there were the people cutting random lines against the obvious way around the ice . No attempt from staff to correct anyone . I saw two spectacular collisions of youtube quality . Luckily no kids involved . Very nice place and good music was being played. Went on the moon dancer, sizzler and the big wheel. Moon dancer made me feel sick because I was very scared. The sizzler was very fun and the big wheel was relaxing even though I have a huge fear of heights. It was a I would recommend to everyone. Everything about this fair was fine it’s just the lack of adult minority of the in the fun fair are adults I’m requesting you bring the more extremes examples extereme etc although the hot chocolate was good and the atmosphere was great Usually go every but wasn’t a fan this year. Extremely pricey. Far too busy. The young boy on the small Disney car ride was incredibly rude. Even went as far as to say I should put my excited 1 old daughter on a chain. Never been spoken to like that ever and I will not tolerate it. Won’t be returning anytime soon which is disappointing. It’s best to go with friends and the I recommend going on these rides: The claw, Ice jet, the sizzler, and moon dancer but you guys should bring at least £35 because it is quite expensive for rides. I also recommend you bring your own food because it’s very expensive for the food there. But it is still very fun so I do recommend going. It's a bit of a Christmas tradition going to Swansea Winter Wonderland but I think it's time to knock it on the head. It's just silly expensive now with the cheapest being 3 tokens (£1 a token) up to 5 tokens for bigger - any ride that insists smaller children must be accompanied by an adult should let the adult go on for free, my 5 old loves the funhouse, Grinch ride and Window Maze but can't go on alone so that's £6 for the window maze, £8 for the funhouse and £6 for the Grinch ride. I sound like a cheap old man but it's just a bit extortionate. £25 for 3 Brutwurst and a coke, £5 for a small mulled wine? Seems a bit tone deaf given the current cost of living and abusive of the Christmas spirit. Next we'll go to Folly Farm for the day or something and spend less. Eventually people will just stop coming surely? Staff are all helpful and friendly though and the place is well maintained, no complaints about that just think they're taking the mick with the pricing.
