While visiting the garden centre and landscaping centre, we called in for a browse. We are currently mid construction of our garden pond and are sourcing places selling and plants ready for when we have finished. There was a large selection of bog wood for putting inside tanks. However, some were big enough for me to incorporate within my pond. So, we had to purchase a few pieces. My mother bought some shells and plants for her little aquarium. There were a decent amount of on display, and the tanks, fish, and plants looked to be very well looked after. There were only a few vats of pond left as it is late in the season, but the were a very good quality. I wish I had somewhere to keep some until my pond is ready. The were friendly, chatty, happy, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back when my pond is done. Your website complaint form is not working. 2 x Large koi outside entrance with clearly visible infections. Large goldfish almost dead at bottom of first viewed. Store dirty, tanks dirty, pictures taken. This is the second visit in the last 6 months. The place was in the same state on previous visit. The are NOT well. Please address these issues and let me know what will be done and when. I'm sure your founder will be very disappointed to hear this particular store is incorrectly managed. I visited the shop on September 23rd to purchase a betta fish, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ben, who assisted me, was incredibly and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed for my new pet. It's not often that you come across such excellent customer service, and Ben's dedication to his job truly made my day. I also had a brief interaction with Hanne, and she was equally lovely. Both seem genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows in their customer interactions. Sushi, has settled into his new perfectly, thanks to their expert advice. He’s even started to make friends with the cats. I believe it's important to share positive experiences, and this shop definitely deserves recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you, Ben and Hanne. When we wanted to start an Aquarium, Maidenhead Aquatics Pontarddulais was the closest to Aberystwyth, so we went and got great advice from Ben! We walked away with a tank, plants, ornaments, everything we needed to get going. Since then, we have gone back and refuse to go anywhere else! The store manager Jenny is super and always happy to answer the endless questions we have, and our we have gotten from there have always been healthy and well looked after!
