A very disappointing visit tonight. Over the past few weeks it just seems to be getting worse. Tonight we seemed to pay top dollar for 2 games of bowling, £50 for 2 adults, 2 and that's without drinks. We started having issues towards the end of the first game, the guides came down without notice, so the engineer had to be called. Then there was an issue with the pin arm thing so we were then moved to another which also had issues. Third lucky with another but yet again issues with the pins, the arm would come down, knock one over and count that as an additional pin being knocked down. We had issues last and decided to give the place a second chance but it seems to have gone down hill. The toilets were filthy, 5 games machines were out of order, the decor etc looked run down, the cork shooting machine literally had one bear in it and the choice of prizes for tickets was shocking. We did mention at the end we were disappointed with the amount of issues to which they apologised but by then not even an appology could save the disappointment. Taking the to Super Bowl UK in Swansea was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the process was seamless—we were able to get a straight away, which was for keeping the little ones engaged. The were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole visit pleasant and stress-free. The atmosphere was lively. Overall, it was a memorable day, filled with laughter and joy. I highly recommend Super Bowl UK Swansea for a family-friendly activity that guarantees a lot of fun! Speaker system crap, ran out of jack Daniels after one shit, no Aircon , toilets broken and over flowing. Main manager not working and is a Saturday there busiest day . A shambles. I would not be surprised if they went bust. Toilets also one without a lock and bloody tissues on the floor. Do not use this venue for anything it's disgusting First at this venue. We went on a Sunday morning before 10:00 hrs and it was only £6.00 for a family of four, for one game. One was enough with little ones. Can't fault the . fun, nice and clean area. Downside was the price of a small lemonade from the pump, over £2.00 and I mean small. Adjust your pricing and people may spend more. If you have not been then give it a go..... Not just either... Plenty going on including a soft play. We arrived at 6.35 and noticed a play area so we took our kids. When we paid for our we were not they were closing in 25 mins so we were really shocked to be to leave at 6.55 and we could not got any kind of reimbursement. We paid £10 for horrible drinks where the pumps needed changing, and we noticed a sign that said between 3-7pm eat free but they would not honor that and we were talked to very unprofessionally by a guy named Russell. The tables were all full of food and mess and the floors and toilets were absolutely stinking. We also then looked at the prices and it was £50 for 2 adults and 2 children for 1 game, how come it's so expensive when it's £20 in tenpin around the corner? We were by the supervisor that we would get a call from the manager the next day to sort out a partial refund but we are still waiting. I will avoid this place in the future and advise friends not to go there. Since they've been taken over, the place isn't run as well. Tables aren't cleared promptly, balls aren't returned to the racks and service is still slow at the bar. I think it's due to the fact, the previous and current owners expect a single member of to cover the whole facility. Proper fun! Absolutely bouncing on the bank holiday weekend but still a good experience as some places can become easily overrun. Had a nice experience with Seb, the manager. Really nice and welcoming, would recommend. Me and my family went here and had a lush day! was fun, every one enjoyed. We booked bowling, soft play and then played in the arcades for a little while after. The place was clean, the had loads of fun and we must’ve spent about 3 hours there. Food prices are a bit high but that’s to be expected these days. Will definitely go back at some point. I had such an at Swansea Discobowl! The atmosphere was bright, fun and full of energy; the perfect place for a night out with friends or family. Everything from the music to the lighting made it such an enjoyable experience. A special shout out to the staff, especially Nathan and Chloe, who went above and beyond to make the visit extra special. They were friendly, helpful and really added to the vibe of the place. Highly recommend Swansea Discobowl, I’ll definitely be coming back! 🎳✨ arcade is a complete rip off Myself and my partner visited the branch as part of our weekly date nights. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of activities they had to offer. There were no waits for any attractions, the prices were more than reasonable and the music made the atmosphere so good. As well as the prices being extremely affordable compared to local competitors, the offers and deals they had to offer were unbeatable. I would happily revisit day or night as part of a night out or trip with the family, well done Super Bowl Terrible experience. Lanes didn't work properly so we couldn't bowl. Refused a refund as its not their policy to give refunds for problems with the lanes. were awful. Good overall, my children enjoyed the experience. However, there is a lack of which slows everything down, The ones there are doing their best but are drowned in work. One thing nobody seemed to like was the very loud music (DJ in the bar area!) - really unnecessary and overbearing noise and you had to shout at anyone you wanted to talk to. Pretty unpleasant, and thank God I happened to have a set of ear plugs in my jacket. Listen. I walked into this alley a mere mortal… and walked out a certified deity. The air was thick with the smell of nacho cheese and destiny. The neon lights hummed like ancient spirits of competition. A child in 7 threw a ball so hard it achieved orbit — I’m still tracking it on NASA’s website. My ball? Named “Glitter Doom.” She rolled down the like she had beef with the pins. STRIKE. The alley erupted. Someone started chanting. I think I briefly blacked out from pure euphoria. The shoes? Questionably scented, but somehow empowering. I felt like a disco wizard with questionable hygiene and unlimited potential. The snack bar guy called me “bossman” and handed me fries that tasted like victory and regret. By the the cosmic lights kicked in, I was no longer — I was summoning chaos energy with every spin. A guy named Trevor me I “bowled like I had unfinished business.” He’s right. If you go, bring your A-game, your sense of humor, and possibly a priest. This place is bowlaciously strike-tacular. 10/10. Would ascend again. 🎳🔥 I only have 1 word. Amazing. Best alley ever, the was amazing. Best pints ever Such a fun night out! The was spot on, the arcade kept us entertained for ages, and the bar had a really good selection of drinks. The whole place has a energy – lively but still relaxed enough to just hang out. Huge thanks to Chloe H. who was an absolute star all evening – super friendly, helpful, she was absolutely lovely and made the night even better 😁 Nice staff, decent prices and venue is great. Booked for a birthday with 10 children at 11:30. We were all left stood around for 20 minutes filling in paperwork for the ninja tag and food choices. We then asked if we could go set up in the room only to be they don’t have a room despite this being advertised (with pictures), after my partner speaking to the manager we were led to the room at 12pm. Kids absolutely loved the ninja tag! Had to go and ask when they would start the as they were bored waiting around. Eventually got them up to the lanes around 12:30! Asked several times when the food would be brought out and was it wouldn’t be long. Fire alarm went off and the didn’t react or direct customers out or follow any fire procedures. They all just stood around chatting or looking lost! Half the customers went to stand outside until the situation was sorted. After that we asked again how long the food would be as it was 1:30. Food eventually arrived at 1:45 and the children had to eat at the lanes. The chicken nuggets were burnt and solid around the edges, we were also missing 2 meals! The children had to eat very quickly as the manager came to tell us that we had to leave by 2pm as they had another booked for the room, even though we were at the start they didn’t have a room! By the the had finished and rushed through their meals we didn’t have to do the birthday cake so we just sang happy birthday and left. My partner the manager we were missing food for 2 and offered us 2 Tango ice blasts to make up for it. Luckily it was my 2 older children who missed out on food and could wait for a meal but a cup of ice and syrup hardly fills a belly. Staff need some serious training on fire procedures! Having spent almost £200 on this I am beyond disappointed with the day. Would NOT recommend having a birthday here! Absolutely amazing! I was served by Nathan and he produced an service! There was no wait and he recommended some food and drink!! Will definitely come again I love this place so much, in fact i hang out here almost all of my free time— managed to buy the most expensive ticket prises and tried every cocktail and food menu items they have. I love it so much i want to have my wedding reception here, maybe even my son’s christening. Love you all at Swanseabowl x x x Such an space, safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages- me and my partner had so much fun here and can’t wait to return! Special mention to the amazingly attentive and friendly staff, Rebecca who saw to us was an absolute delight, nothing was too much trouble! Such a sweetheart!! 100% recommend :) Went there with my girlfriend on the weekend and it was a blast. The went smoothly and everything was clean and top notch condition. The employee, Sam, was kind enough to answer any questions I had and definitely knew his way around everything. Visited Swansea Bowl yesterday - Saturday 23 Aug. I’m looking forward to going back in the school holidays. Thank you. Had a a Swansea Bowl yesterday (Saturday) It was busy - lots of people using the games machines and bowling.
