What a fantastic deal! I have never been hear before so was really worried about our visit after reading the reviews. We arrived an half hour early, like our booking told us too, but that didn't seem to be necessary as we ended up waiting around for ages to start bouncing. I paid for the bounce grippy socks on line, and upon checking in had to prompt for the socks. There wasn't any information given by about how it works at all, like that there are little cubby holes available for our items, or the rules on the trampolines (however once on the trampolines there are large banners around, but when you have a thats unable to read, or excited to get bouncing, seems a but null and void). After sitting down with a drink, and watching the TVs, I found out they have an outdoor they open in good weather, we were told nothing about this, and couldn't seem to see where it was, it was nice weather when we visited, but again, this comes down to the lack of information/explanation from staff. Fair amount of parking spaces outside, both when I turned up and left, there where plenty of empty spaces. The toilets where clean, gradually getting more messy as the day ticked on, which is to be expected with hundreds of excited using them. The building is ridiculously hot though, no air-conditioning or air flow through the building. This is a great and loved by all the kids, it was mega busy when we were there and lots of happy running around. Things that could have made the better were; there needs to be better signs for the upstairs seeing area. The car park is a nightmare and could do with fresh white lines to show appropriate parking spaces and a clear one way system for all cars This is a great place to take your of all ages. We have visited twice, the first was the ‘tots takeover’ and the second in the afternoon when all ages were welcome into the park. The tots takeover was superb. My little one enjoyed the facilities of the soft and mini trampolines. Eventually I was dragged to the arcade, which he also enjoyed. The afternoon visit, even though it was louder I didn’t find it too overbearing. Our toddler enjoyed again. Staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were clean and well taken care of. I would have given Buzz Trampoline Park 5 stars but for the small facts below. If these are looked at, I’m sure I would change the rating to 5. Some points for the trampoline park to consider health and safety wise. In the afternoon, when it was quite busy, older were trying to and succeeded in accessing the under 5’s section. This was to no fault of the young who had to repeatedly tell they couldn’t come in or blow a whistle and shout to the older to leave the soft area. I would suggest putting a gate at the bottom of the main ramp to the soft area, with a sign of the age restrictions and continue having a member of at the top to reinforce the rules. The gate on the ramp would also stop toddlers who might make a run for it! It would be nice for the members to have a chair to sit on at the top of the ramp. The gate on the other side of the soft (which leads into the larger trampolines) did not deter older who easily moved it. It would be beneficial to get something a bit more permanent in place. Apart from these small niggles, I highly recommend Buzz Trampoline Park. We have been to buzz a couple of times in the past and have always found it good value for money. My daughter wanted to spend her 7th birthday there with 15-20 of her friends. I wasn't particularly happy about paying for that many at one but after looking at the prices of packages at buzz it seemed fair, so we reluctantly went along. I wasnt expecting much but we were extremely impressed today with the service, friendliness and care we received. The organisation and service from the was impeccable the food the received was both delicious and generous in portions and we really felt like we looked after. I would definitely book a there again. The enjoyed immensely and my daughter will have have happy memories that last a lifetime. Thanks Buzz Swansea, great value for money and your young team of are a credit to you. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't darts or pool without a £10p/h charge. Maybe this is separate if your are jumping or something? But as 2 adults that wanted to on the trampolines and then maybe have 1 game of each it didn't really work. I love love love this place, my little girl loves it here as well, it has such a good soft which I did not expect to see, are and so helpful. You expect that the venue is going to be loud, but the music was very high today. Parking is also an issue as both disabled and parent and spaces are shared. With the majority of patrons being children, no spaces are available for those holding badges. In my view, this is unacceptable and discrimination, which should be reviewed. When questioned, the excuse given is that the car park is not under their control. In addition, my 15 year old young carer was prevented from entering the soft with her 6 year old sister as both my wife and I both suffer with disabilities. Lots of fun for and freshly brewed coffee for adults. Nice arcades for everyone. My two love this place. It’s a shame the 241 deal has ended. But definitely worth the money. Great coffee and free wifi too! My daughter loved the trampolines, and in there. The place was absolutely boiling though, something needs to be done with the aircon to make it cooler. It’s very busy, loud and low ceilings in the waiting room/ cafe downstairs so not too relaxing but we mainly came to jump and play. More space upstairs. loved the arcade at the end before heading home. Last Saturday was my first to visit the Buzz Trampoline Park. It was such an to find that there were no queue to enter to a magnificent place. All the was spent exploring the park finding various rides to go on each time. loved it, so much so that they would not like to leave. This definitely means visiting again soon during the coming weekends. Spacious, plenty to do. Value for money! Had my son’s here and I would NOT recommend. The room was unbearably hot. No A/C at all. 24 and over 20 parents cramped into a tiny room. No spare table for gifts, or cakes. I was told I could not decorate the room but when I arrived I had to remove the previous parties decorations. So the room was not ready for me. Only 40 minutes to eat food before they start cleaning around you and ask you to hurry up. My food was delayed so this meant we were rushed out of the room. My host disappeared and did not refill my unlimited squash. I had to queue at the desk numerous just for squash, ketchup and plates. The place is run by teenagers who cannot control or parents. Allergens are let into the and are not removed. Spills left unattended in the soft around toddlers. Major health and safety problems at buzz Swansea. I had older booked into the trampoline park and a toddler in the smaller area. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again. Would not recommend if you have with ALN! Manager was stinking rude. member that checked us in didn’t explained how it worked, and didn’t even tell me anything she walked off chatting to another member. Took my daughter to the main bit, and within 10 minutes got kicked off because we didn’t have the right wrist band, bearing in mind we where not told which part we were supposed to be in. the manger said i should’ve known, when ive never been before, i said surely the should ask wether we know how it works or not, but her reply was “no not really” absolutely appalling, this led to my daughter having a meltdown, and we had to leave within 10 minutes of being there, and was told not to come back again, will stick to hanger 5 that do session for ALN children. Again, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Toddler session was really quiet which was nice. I have to commend the at Buzz Swansea, it was extremely busy when we were there but all the were friendly, cheerful and helpful - they kept smiling and chatting to and parents even though they were clearly rushed off their feet. We selected a breakfast buffet, food selection for the was brilliant and so easy for them as they could eat as much as they wanted when they wanted. Every parent commented on how brilliant of a each had. The were all superior helpful and kept checking if we needed more or if there was anything else we needed. Only criticism to have some sort of a barrier in between ques for checking in and buying a coffee as it's not clear where to stand. Would definitely recommend 5*! I have been coming to Buzzparks, Swansea for years, but today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I visited with a group of friends and of mixed ages. We paid the full £14 fee for over 6 as instructed. When we later tried to move all the into the younger soft so we could stay together, stopped one (aged 6 years and 2 months) from entering, claiming it was “policy.” I asked to speak to the manager, hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. There was no empathy, no flexibility, and no alternative offered. Her manner and attitude made the situation even worse and were very unprofessional. What should have been a fun family visit turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. After years of being a loyal customer, I was shocked at how poorly this was handled. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to other families. My Absolutely loves this place we come nearly every week are friendly and I love how a couple times older have tried going into the toddler bit and have stopped them But unfortunately we went there yesterday There was a little accident regarding a and my daughter where the little girl tripped and fell onto my the woman was singing and in her own little world I ran over to my to check her over she was fine but it could of been a lot worse This doesn’t stop us coming back we will be back. If you have with a gap in age this is NOT the place for you. are rude and obnoxious and will not cater to with ALN. I understand the health and safety is important but when are being supervised by adults and you have blowing their whistles constantly it's just not necessary. Had my child's birthday here last night, all the had an incredible time, went above and beyond, very friendly and accommodating, followed thorough food and hygiene standards for a with a peanut allergy, food was fantastic. I attended buzz trampoline park today with my friend and we had a very good time. First of all the 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice and polite and so were all of the jump guards and people behind the cafe. We had some food aswell and it was very nice and hot and came relatively quickly. Overall we had an and will definitely be coming back. The love coming here, but yesterday was a different experience, it was manic, no tables or chairs to sit as all were taken, some hover four chairs around one table occupied mostly by shoes or coats! And people just constantly piling in hovering over each other waiting for seating, dangerous and a fire hazard I’m sure. Surly there should be a set amount of people allowed in the building at one time? Will avoid during half term in future! Should only allow so many in at one time! We had my daughters 7th birthday there tonight and can honestly say that the Staff, Manager and 2 members of in particular called Sophie.C and Emily couldn't have done any more for us. They were outstanding from the second we got there to the second we left. Nothing I asked was to much for them and took so much stress of me.
