We have found the location by chance because we were passing by, and we saw the sign Equi'val on the way.🫏 We went there, found the owner, and booked a for the second day. 🙏🐎 Location: situated in a very quiet place in the Vosges mountains, with breathtaking views 🏕🏞, the equestrian center is easy to reach. Here, you will see a sign pointing you a small door as the entrance. If the door is closed, the owner and the trainer can be easily found on the back of the building, where the are also kept. The staff 👱‍♂️: very kind, warm and friendly staff. The owner was very transparent, he explained what they offer and what to expect from the tour🐎🫏. We could pay by card💶💳, and this for us was a big plus. The horsekeeper/trainer was very kind and gentle, both with us and the horses.🥰 She was very always very passionate when she was speaking about the horses. We felt her love ❤️ and respect 🐎 for these animals. The ⛰️: the lasted one hour and a half, and it was amazing. We had the chance to see impressive views of the Vosges🏡🌲, but also to enjoy the time in the middle of the nature🌳🌲 on the back of a horse🐎. We passed through forests, paved roads, and very quiet places. I have enjoyed every part of the tour.🥰❤️🙏 The preparation 🫏: Our guide helped us to understand how to handle the and how to help them with our posture in valleys or ramps. The commands were easy to memorise and to apply.🙏 We have also received our helmets🪖 and help to get on the back of the horse🫏. The 🐎: we had two gentle called Lolita and Caline. I must admit that i was stressed at the beginning, and the was feeling my tension😔. Once I have noticed that the follow each other, I have decided to relax myself and to enjoy the tour. From that moment on, the was very calm and responsive. 🙏🥰❤️👏 Others 🤩: There is also a shop with leather products made by them. My husband bought a belt, and I have also bought two small coin 💰purses and 2 keyholders🔑. The lady who makes them was speaking very passionately about the leather manufacturing process. 😍 She also offers workshops on this topic, which i would really want to book for the next visit 🗓. Nous avions des bases très lointaines d'équitation mais les chevaux étaient très dociles et habitués au public. Nous avons pris des chemins entre les prés et à travers la forêt. C'était vraiment une belle découverte des alentours du Tholy ! Charlotte était très agréable et attentive! Au centre équestre, ils fabriquent aussi des objets artisanaux en cuir (ceintures, sacs à main...). Le centre propose aussi un gîte. Nous reviendrons, je l'espère ! Super balade à cheval en famille, avec des moniteurs au top et Charlotte adorable 🐴✨. En revanche, gros souci sur les tarifs : les prix affichés au début du site concernent la calèche et non le cheval. La dame de l’accueil, très désagréable avec tout le monde, reconnaît elle-même que le site est “mal fait”… Payer les chevaux c’est logique, mais afficher correctement les prix ce serait bien mieux! C’est dommage car la balade est incroyable 😳 Nous avons été accueillis par Charlotte, très gentille souriante et professionnelle. Nous avons fait balade 30min enfant. The landscape, the and the fun! Today, I had the opportunity to go on an amazing 2-hour ride on a lovely Friesian named Bella. The scenery was stunning! We climbed up and down many hills, which was fantastic. We also galloped at full speed at times; it couldn't have been better. I highly recommend it! We phoned them short-notice & they were super helpful to accommodate us! Our 3 year old loooooved it!!! Because I enjoyed the previous advanced two-hour ride so much, I booked another one for today. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing compared to last time. The route was entirely different, with a lot of paved highways and walking, even though I had requested a similar advanced ride. Last time, we had a route with fast galloping and jumping over water and we had moments to take photos of the scenery, but this time, there were no such opportunities. During the ride, someone fell off, and I’m not sure if that’s why we spent so much time on the paved highways and walking, but it was not communicated to me in English. Afterwards, I asked about it, but it didn't give me much clarity.
