It is one of the best seal hospitals in the world. The staff is highly qualified and you can see how the are being restrained, fed and other procedures are being carried out, always prioritizing the animal welfare. The visit is well worth it for those who want to learn about seals. Beautiful centre with interesting exhibition on both the history of the Wadden region and the importance of the ecosystem (and particularly the role of seals).
