Hopping fun Nice place for which has a softplay along with trampoline and different activities. I brought my daughter and granddaughter here to celebrate a 10 year old school friend's birthday. Relax for the grown ups and loads of fun for a very energetic 9 year old. for 6yr old went very well. They were well entertained for and hour and a half and came away saying they had the best ever. Two big slides were a hit as well as the small soft play - mainly the slide and ball pool. Pizza and chips for the meal was just what the wanted after a hard morning bouncing. Awesome venue with plenty to keep occupied! are fab at ensuring safe play. Upper Seated offers view over most activities to keep watch of the but does get a bit hot! Food is fabulous and value for what you pay! We had a there, early morning so was quiet and nice. love this place, they added a little more equipment to play. Free wifi which was great! Staff were nice and polite. Will go again! I had my daughter's here and I would recommend it to anyone. The host was friendly and the was really well organised. The had a time. There are lots of different things to keep them occupied for the hour of the party. The pizza went down well afterwards and there was juice and water available from the start. We did the cake first and then the host cut and wrapped it while the were eaten so it was ready to go in the bags at the end. A very stressful free experience. Very inexperienced staff, they took 30 m to give me a double shot coffee because no one knew what it was. They brought my daughters cake and the just said they were looking at us .,.I had asked them to bring a knife for the cake and the pizzas, some juice, they were just there looking but no initiative...you guys need to train urgently . The space is nice but they really need to organise themselves better. First visit since refurbishment. Appears to be less seating. Ordered expensive drinks from our table hoping they'll be delivered. are having fun and that is our goal. toddler event lots of fun activities and is enforced with friendly and attentive staff. Cafe was a little disorganised - a tea and ice lolly sat at the side instead of coming to table so I had to queue up to ask to retrieve it but were friendly and apologetic I never visit this place again. I had summer card for 5 when I tried to get there for my son and daughter the woman in reception she refused to enter my son she said just one. I didn't pay 40£ just for one . I’m genuinely concerned about the lack of supervision when it comes to trampoline use. consistently fail to ensure that only one child is jumping per trampoline, which poses a serious risk. It’s frustrating that a simple thumbs-up seems to absolve responsibility — are you really waiting for a serious injury before enforcing basic rules? are frequently jumping onto trampolines already in use, and there’s no intervention from staff. This needs urgent attention. On top of that, the pricing feels unfair. Charging extra for the soft play — especially for younger who aren’t allowed on attractions over 120cm — makes little sense. If they’re excluded from part of the venue, why isn’t soft play included in the entry fee? Paying £15 for a 5-year-old to access trampolines, then an additional £9 for soft play, is discouraging and doesn’t reflect value. This place has potential, but the current approach to and pricing leaves a lot to be desired. So disappointing with my daughter on 29.08.2025. I had to ask three times for drinks for , food was late so we didn't had much for the cake , I haven't received one pizza that we shoul , I was told that I will get a refund but never received any. My daughter didn't get a voucher for next session as a gift. It wasn't a first we done there but I'm sure it was the last one. So so so disappointed with the service. Arrived with and realised I booked on the wrong deal ( it isn't very well explained on tbe website) Ayesha the Manager is extremely helpful and directed us to a better package and as a will gesture allowed us to have the socks for free. Very professional and efficient. Thank you 😊 We visited today with a rather large of adults and children. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by a lovely young girl upon entering, however a little assistance was needed from the manager Glenn who excelled himself from a customer service perspective. We had in our group who have additional needs and were getting unsettled waiting however Glenn found us a seat to sit the at, away from the hustle and bustle so they could get ready whilst we dealt with the tickets/waivers. He ensured we were accommodated too during our visit, really going that extra mile. I hope Glenn’s outstanding customer service is recognised in this establishment as he really went above and beyond to ensure our visit was as enjoyable as possible! Thanks again Glenn :) Jump in itself is fun all round but very disappointed on the size of cups use give and they certainly aren’t the hottest. £3.20 for the size showing in the picture. Use should be embarrassed!! Amazing had a blast for all ages too As always a pleasant Experiance at Air Hop, to let the have fun and allow the parents to have a coffee in the cafe area. As a Neuro Divergent Adult I found the Music to be a bit overbearing and from to struggled to hear the announcements but a place for a rainy day Warm, friendly, kind environment. are great, amazing with my boys. Managers are top notch especially Brian. The way how goes over and above ensuring the are good, it’s safe and fun. Highly recommend for jump sessions and parties. My boys Love it here!!!! I won’t be returning here. I went for my daughters 6th upon booking for ages 4+ that is advertised they have full access to park with the only “restriction” being a weight restriction. Upon arriving they told me my daughter was too short to use A vast majority Of the equipment due to being 10 cm too short, which is false advertisement as there was no height requirements advertised online. The were also rude and made the experience less enjoyable Well mannered team always approachable with food is variety and price too cleaned to high standards. Buses that go to and 5 minute walk from bus stop suitable for all ages and everyone with needs my late mum was a double amputee she had best on trampolines with her grandchildren depends on how busy they are there can be a wait up to 5 mins to check in but it is worth it also video is presented before enter the trampolines for everyone I recently visited Jump In Edinburgh, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. The facilities are top-notch, with a wide variety of trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle courses that cater to all ages and skill levels. What really stood out was the cleanliness and measures in place, making it a worry-free environment for both and adults. The café was also a pleasant surprise, offering a selection of snacks and drinks to refuel after an energetic session. Overall, Jump In Edinburgh is an excellent spot for a fun day out, whether you're looking to burn off some energy, celebrate a birthday, or just have a with friends and family. Highly recommend! wee place, bit pricey for food and drinks, but the food is delicious. Staff were super friendly. Especially the supervisor Kevin. My little boy helped him tidy the ball Pitt and he rewarded him with a slush. My boy was over the moon, fun day out and instilling values in kids.
