Not the biggest of sites but what is there is pretty and my still managed to fill two hours of playing. were enthusiastic and helpful. Only downside is that the upstairs cafe wasn't manned all the on my so you would have to wait for someone to appear. loved the and atmosphere. Certainly worked off a fair few calories! Nice little cafe up top to look over them, with spacious changing areas on hand as well. Recommended. Took my 2 year old to a parent and toddler session at Gravity Active, and what an absolute treat it was! The is fantastic, with a huge amount of fun things to do, including trampolines, balance beams, reaction games and football. The were super attentive, clear in their instructions, and seemed genuinely thrilled to work there. Obviously it is more than your average soft play, but it is by far worth every penny (the parent toddler sessions are VERY reasonably priced). Can't wait to come back again in the near future! An amazing place to entertain your kids. We booked this place for our lil one's birthday to celebrate with her friends. It was a fantastic decision indeed! This place is massive with an extensive activity area covered either and related activities. Team gravity had taken care of the entire event so that we could focus on photos and entertaining and their parents. The private party zone upstairs is a beautiful dining space. We opted for food from Nandos which was delicious! Climbing walls, hurricane simulator are few of the other activities to entertain kids. They had a lot of fun jumping on the trampolines. Special thanks to Kimberley who was very and professional and took care of our event. Parking is complimentary if you validate your ticket at the reception counter. Whether you are hosting a party or just to entertain kids, it's a great place I would recommend! I went there for my granddaughters birthday party. The children loved bouncing on all the trampolines. Huge area with small and we'll padded for safety. Party rooms available upstairs with open viewing of the area. very pleasant and attentive. They took the cake away to cut it into slices and brought hot food containers for the children. Table laid out ready with jugs of squash and cutlery. Everyone was very happy! Nice and clean and with reasonable effort for safety in a fun way! The boys had fun was to see them burn off energy While my 9 years old son and his friend was playing there, appeared 3 young guys and they were acting too risky. To let adults and small at the same is not a correct way of doing this. also while playing the football game inside, one of that guys shoot the ball so strong, my son was goalkeeper, fortunately it didn't hit him. I made remarks to staff, they didn't do anything. when I saw my son was almost pressed in the football field again I made a second warning and then they tried to act, but again didn't do anything. The guys were acting not according to rules that was shown, but their team didn't care about it. Overall activities are nice, but my son was bored after 30-40 minutes. £18.5 is a bit pricey for a hour. They sell obligatory socks which costs £3.5. Very staff. Great for birthday parties. Ideal for the winter when it’s miserable outside and you need the to burn some energy. The climbing walls are also great fun. Edited after a year :) I work with vulnerable families and I attended with a large group of children and parents as part of our summer outings. When we arrived, we were met with an incredibly warm welcome by all of the staff. The manager was particularly helpful, ensuring we were all comfortable with the we had to base ourselves at and that we knew who to go to if we needed help. During our visit, all of the were lovely and so professional. The really enjoyed the and the parents all felt that their were in very safe hands. We will most definitely be back again. Las personas que nos atendieron a la entrada geniales muy atentos, el señor del Rocodromo muy ANTIPATCO A great place for children. My son loves coming here. Very staff, lots of space. The food is also adequate for the price. Overall, we had a at Gravity Park Edinburgh – it’s a fun place to burn some energy and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The were generally and helpful, which added to the positive atmosphere. However, the area itself was smaller than expected, especially compared to other parks we’ve visited. It felt a bit limited in terms of and variety. One major downside was the attitude of a member named Maeve. She was unnecessarily rude and condescending, speaking to us in a really sassy tone and treating us like little when pointing out the rules. It felt disrespectful and honestly brought down the vibe of the visit. Would recommend for a quick visit, but the customer service could definitely be improved. Great experience today. We were 15 minutes early for a session and the chap who was working on the front desk was very understanding and let our hour start early. Very and super 👏 Just wanted to say that I had a lovely today with my family at gravity I also want to give a special mention to the gentleman with the nose ring I do apologize I'm not too sure his name who checked on my little one three or four times as he was quite upset when he first came in and he also offered us that you would give us a a refund if he didn't participate but I thought was really really kind and even on the way out he seemed quite happy at the end of having a so I just thought service if that should be appreciated thank you again. The here are extremely inclusive, sweet and with all the most diverse clientele, in particular Tom. My 3 years old loves it. We had a fantastic at Gravity Park in Edinburgh! Took the for a fun day out, and they absolutely loved it. The facilities were great, everything was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of for them to jump around and enjoy themselves. A special shoutout to Connor from the staff—he was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the experience even better with his attitude. Definitely a great place for families, and we’ll be back for sure! Rude front of house staff, especially a long ginger haired woman. It was morning so no excuse for her tone, attitude and unhelpfulness. Very dirty with ripped chairs etc. Avoid! The worse place ever! Had to Pay over £24 for my toddler and me. He was scared at the beginning and the didn't allowed me to be on with him! But I had to pay full price for myslef as well. So many better places in Edinburgh to take your children. Also not much to do there either my older child was tottaly bored after 15 min. Never again Feel this was extremely expensive for what it was. Check in was not easy or quick with the computer systems being tricky and not working wonderfully. Took about 20mins past our before we stepped foot on the however still had to leave at the allocated. One gentleman was very and however other not friendly. I had no intention of jumping however appreciate I had to be at the side due to age of the child however this is an overpriced nonsense when your 4yr old is more than capable. Couldn't even talk to the other adult as she was not paying to also not take part simply to stand next to one abother. Not enough staff. Not a pleasant experience at all. Absolutely not worth £76 for 4 for an hour. The service and organization of the birthday party were poor. The party rooms were small. The coffee was terrible. For my daughter, the best attraction was the air machine. Overall, I don't recommend this place. First here. Really enjoyed it. As like all of them-expensive. When you’re a single parent and all that. The cost adds up. However, I found it clean from the car park to the toilets. There wasn’t a great deal of things to do inside but there was enough and what was available the thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was working and in order and the were the best bit. I think his name was Tom. I confused him and made the booking difficult as I wasn’t concentrating. He handled it like a legend. Was and patient throughout even when a queue formed. He didn’t forget it was my boys birthday and I feel he just went that extra mile. All the were sky and but he in particular was very good. They kept on top of the children too with safety! I’ve been to these places before and the parents don’t bother to watch and the run wild. They can get too much sometimes. here handled everything brilliantly. Well worth a visit.
