First built and used around the year 200CE. 2000 years old romans bath, a beautiful place to visit. Kings, queens and many personalities got their own bath here. It is the only historical place opened for tourists in Baile Herculane (as far as I know). I liked to see the baths, each bath was assigned to a politician, royal or important figure for Baile Herculane. Each pool was made for a certain class of people: one for the royals, one for the military men and one for the ladies. The place is quite small though and all the information is written only in Romanian. We finished the tour in max 20 minutes and we stopped and read almost every sign. Yet it was nice to actually see some historical pieces and learn more about the history of the city. Un muzeu ce merita pe deplin vizitat!
