He also used to their little baby soft when he was a baby! We bring him here for treat and he remembers it for days! He calls it “hand ball pit area” The are just so lovely and accommodating too! I am gonna book this place for his b day! Mini Mayhem in Crawley is an absolute gem for little ones! My almost 3-year-old absolutely loves it here, and I can’t it enough. The is clean, safe, and perfectly designed to keep little ones entertained for hours. You can relax with a cup of coffee whilst your little one is having the best time. The and owners are always so and friendly, making the whole experience even better. My littlenone also like to shop in the role which is awesome as well!! They’ve thought of everything to make it enjoyable for parents too, with yummy doughnuts and a selection of snacks. It’s the perfect place for to burn off energy while having lots of fun. Arrived at Mini Mayhem at 3:10pm, the website states open until 4:30pm and last entry an hour before this so I thought I’d take my for the last hour. Travelled from Horsham, paid for parking to be told they’re shutting early because it’s ‘quiet’ - no update of this on their social media, had to tell 2 children they couldn’t go in. Very disappointing! Messaged their social media account to express frustration and request they update opening times on their socials to avoid people wasting their and money - read and no reply. We arranged a visit from Spiderman which was well worth the extra as he spent so much with the playing, taking pictures and bringing out the cake. From start to finish, everything was organised and timed well which meant I could chat to parents and not worry about a thing. It was freezing inside- literally the same temperature as outdoors. You are paying good money for your chils to be freezing. Indoor should feel comfortable and welcoming, not like stepping into a fridge. I wouldn't go back even if it was for free. Such a well thought out area. Soft play, imaginative and sections for different ages. The food is really good too! I regularly bring my 14month old little girl and there's always plenty to do for her with lots of different areas to explore! The cafe is good with a nice variety of foods available and the coffee is lovely! All the are extremely & always ensure you have the best experience! Brett has always been welcoming, and his kind and caring attitude towards all that visit is very reassuring especially as the it there. The temperature is so low that you have to wear a jacket. It's warmer outside than at this soft play. The at this place said the heating was working. (I think it's in the coffee shop or at the reception.) I don't this place.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant soft and excellent service from Brett. 10/10 would recommend!
