We asked about a menu and was told the kitchen was closed and that they had sandwiches and toasties. We asked about a ham and tomato focaccia, the waitress took it off the tray and placed it in the press, we then ordered more sandwiches and a cheese toastie. When we was confirming what sandwiches we had ordered, the waitress said they had no more ham and tomato focaccia. All through our order, the waitress seemed distant and was not really paying attention to what we was asking and saying. We also waited about 10 minutes for the cheese toastie to arrive. 3 years ago my wife and I visited this shop and had a wonderful experience, it seems to have gone downhill. Sorry will not be returning. In my fast 'n' sleepy stop in Treviso, I had the luck to visit the Perlage cafè and be restored by the help of a lovely and extremely professional blond waitress. In the fast pace of the moment, I forgot to be thankful how I wanted to be but I hope this humble review would help in a small way to be forgiven for my lack of manners. 😍 I'll be back. Lovely little cafe with amazing staff. The service is why we went back many times during our holiday. Very reasonable prices, great little place to have a or aperitif and watch the world go by!
