This is a fun place for the whole family to unwind and have some fun. There is a alley, a centre and another section for Lazer combat. There is also a pool table. Food and drinks are sold on site. The centre is divided into sections for babies and toddlers and for older than 3 years. We've been here twice now, for birthday parties, and the loved the experience. The interior seems to be wearing a fresh coat of paint compared to the last we went in 2021. The exterior, surprisingly, not. P.S: The centre is a bit difficult to locate and parking is limited and quite challenging. Brilliant for little ones with plenty of seating for adults. Have been to a few birthday parties here and my toddler loves it. Only down side is the £5 card limit. If you want just 1 cup of tea, be prepared and bring cash. We actually picked an unusually quiet day to go bowling, just before lunch. As always, heaving busy or not, the ladies at the welcome desk are & accommodating. We called ahead to book. They do their absolute best to make sure you have everything you need. We played 2 games of today & lunch with my girls. (Not forgetting to get the famously tasty cupcakes & flapjack). day had by all. Having had a 5yr olds birthday here in February & it being their busiest weekend of the year, they still managed to organise the parties, & selection of cold food for the children. Good place for kids' party, fun activities for kids, including toddlers. There's also alley available. Has lots of different rooms for character themed parties. Food is reasonably priced and cheap overall. The try their best to keep the place clean, but will benefit from some deep clean once in a while. It's wheelchair accessible (plus parking) with a disabled toilet and a baby changing room. Not well ventilated, felt a bit stuffy, in my opinion. Overall, it is more suited for than adults visiting for bowling. There's parking on site, and it's free. My nephew has had a this morning. is and attentive, and even though there was a bday taking place, we have managed to order food and drinks without having to wait at all. The place is clean but looks slightly dated (although prices are really reasonable). Will definitely come back. Excellent fun for of all ages and tolerable for adults! As loud as you'd imagine a and to be, with some ebullient and others harassed to the point of sewerslide. I suspect it's hell to work here, but perfectly fine to visit. Much like a secure mental facility. Our visit was connected with the entertainment of our little one. The little one had a lot of fun, everything is safe, no sharp corners, many places in the labyrinth where a child can safely climb, many Balls in which she could have fun from the heart. The administrator at the entrance is quite friendly. It is good that they give out a coupon where they put a stamp for the visit and every 11th visit will be free for you. Of the minuses: Everyone needs to take off their shoes, but not all adults were barefoot (those who were expecting children). A little effort for disinfection would not hurt. Worst place I have ever been bowling. Every ball veered off to the left for all 4 of us. I asked the old lady working behind the counter if we could switch lanes and she was so dismissive. Said "no, they're level. They have to be, they've been here 27 years. Nobody else has complained." £47 for on a lane that isnt level! The whole place is so run down too. Cables hanging from the ceiling, tvs not working properly, everything is broken and the less said about the toilets the better. The pins quite often didnt set up properly, and we couldnt put the barriers down as a ball was just left stuck behind it. I'd be embarrassed to work there and will definitely not be back. Really good play, clean and accessible. Plus the area is a good height so you don't have to crouch down as a parent. Pretty quiet in the afternoons on weekdays. play, my little one absolutely loves it here. the are all and always make us feel welcome and talk to me. i personally think the is very clean, the toilet with the baby change has always been tidy when i’ve used it. would defiantly recommend this place to one who has young 😌 It's a great place if it's quiet. But the minute it gets any sort of busy it's horrific. We arrived at about 1.30 on a Saturday afternoon. Found a seat fine. Ordered food at 2pm of 2 meals and the nachos. We where told we'd be waiting 25-30minutes due to it being busy. We left it till 2.45 before my husband went up to ask. Only to hear other tables had been waiting an hour and a half. We waited another 15minutes and by the the food appeared we were sick of waiting. Asked to speak to the manager to get a refund and leave. The manager. Well she was insanely rude. Gave no for me to explain that whilst we appreciate they are busy we were told 25-30 minutes. She came out with totally the wrong attitude. Eventually pushing me to the point that I told her I've got no interest in her explanations. I just want a refund and we'll leave. We usually go to outburst once or twice a month, but I'm not longer a fan. We won't be back. The were and it's a shame the management couldn't be more approachable or sympathetic to getting to wait an hour for food! Came here with my 1 year old and was very impressed. Good food menu, very clean site, easily accessible (I rely on a walking stick) and the team are super friendly. Free parking, facility and rooms for hire too! Zoe and Sam were and nothing was too much trouble, thank you! We had our football end of season and presentation at outburst and all I can say is what a great success. 2 games of followed by food and presentation in a private room. The boys absolutely loved it. Great nothing was no problem from start to finish. We will definitely be booking again. Loving this centre. The setup itself is great, the area is a fantastic size and is well laid out. There is also next it the and I believe it's like a laser tag setup as well. The cafe is really sizeable with an upstairs and downstairs and appear to cater for children's parties quite frequently. The food selection is not that great and the portion sizes and pricing is comparative to a 4 star restaurant but without the same presentation or quality. Drinks are refreshing and the servery for the drinks and the foods could really do with a little more thought and updating to be honest. All in all a good experience for my kid and grand child. Would definitely come again. Had a great couple of hours entertaining our kids. First then play. The service is fantastic, the prices are good, and the wearing out of the is very needed! Love the here, always and keeping on top of the jobs... currently watching a lady juggle cleaning, serving and hoovering... and she even took the to take a photo of myself and my friend after serving our drinks... legend! I won a birthday compition on Facebook for outburst and they were amazing from the get go! They were so and helpful on the phone and organising everyrhing! They allowed us to choose what room we wanted and showed us around.. On the day of the they were amazing with set up and with the children We had a table set up downstairs in the with squash and water for the children, when it was to head to the room, they help fathers the and headed to the rooms. Davey a member was soo kind and engaging with the children. She signed them all in and helped them in the room keeping they engaged. They did everything we did minimal. It was soo easy and will definitely do there again! All the and adults said how well organised the was and the was fantastic too! Thank you outburst team!
