Excellent Family Day Out! We had a fantastic time at Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm — a perfect day for the whole family! The absolutely loved the trampolines and the soft area inside the barn, which was a way to burn off energy. Feeding the was a highlight for all of us — especially the lambs, goats, sheep, donkeys, and even alpacas! The staff were friendly, and everything was well-organized. A truly wonderful experience that we’d happily repeat. Highly recommended! We were staying nearby and were looking for things to do on Easter Sunday. We stumbled across this farm and are so pleased we did. We absolutely loved it. Beautiful surroundings, well up kept and being able to interact and feed the was amazing. We felt it was very reasonably priced even with the optional extras (animal food, duck feeding and guinea pig fishing). We absolutely loved the pig racing too. It's for but animal loving adults too as we were an adult only party. The highlight for me was the peacock displaying to the pea hens literally 1 foot away from where we were sitting. Spectacular. beautiful setting! We had such a day there and all the staff we interacted with were lovely! This was such a place for us to meet our friends as it's right in the middle for us. We will definitely be back for another visit! I think it's very reasonably priced for the entrance fees and also for the bucket of feed which you keep the bucket to refill next time, way of saving waste on paper bags. Plenty of space for outdoor picnics and areas too, including a soft and trampoline's for the to use. We had a walk on the woodland and our enjoyed hunting for all the fairy doors! It's also because it's not a huge place you can actually do all the stuff in one day and not feel rushed of you want to see it all. We absolutely love Cholderton! We come here quite often. Being able to feed the is and the are very friendly. My little boy has the best day when we come here, highly recommend. (Good price too!) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Totally fell in love with this little farm! I turned into a kid for the day. Fantastic game and the staff were so friendly and amazing. What was supposed to be a quick visit before going into somewhere else turned out to be a full day visit and the last ones to leave. Super visit for 3 or so hours. Loved all the who were friendly. Lots of activities for including safe and study trampolines in several places and indoor soft play. Wine samples a plus and we did take a bottle home too. Would recommend to people travelling around for young especially. Good relaxing farm, and interactions. grounds, can feed all the when you purchase the food. Indoor softplay, trampolines and structures. Nice woodland walk and fairy trail forest. Only point would be the Wooden structure is starting to look tired and could do with a refresh. Food on site but didn't try as bought a picnic a d lots of benches to sit at. Chilled atmosphere and good price point. Such a wonderful place. All the are so happy and have such spaces. I loved feeding all the sheep, goats, alpaca and more. And also the food was really good! I wasn't expecting it only because people are there for the rare breeds and usually the food is secondary because people will still eat it. But it was so good! We visited Cholderton Rare Breeds Farm for Highland Cow Day and absolutely loved it! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and clearly passionate about the animals. The Highland cows were the highlight of our trip — such a special experience to see them up close. The farm itself is beautifully kept, with lots of different rare breeds to meet, and it has a really relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Everything felt well-organised, and it was easy to spend hours exploring. We had such a fantastic time that we’re already planning our next visit — we’ll be back on the 18th! 100% would recommend this farm to anyone looking for a fun, unique, and memorable day out.
