It was a bit crowded when we arrived and parking was difficult but once we managed to find a decent parking we got checked in quite quickly. There was a brief moment, about five minutes, where we had to watch the safety guidelines in a room. And once that was all done we had a swell time. It is all indoors, so the cold weather was never an issue. It was actually warm inside. Staff were on hand to supervise. My son had his here and the were really helpful and friendly. It was all so well organised and efficient and the had a great time. Special shout out to our host Roxie who was brilliant! Thanks so much. This was a cracking place for my aged 6&9. The price is reasonable for what you get and it’s not just another soft play.. it’s really big with loads of different stuff to do. I also liked the fact the cafe was up high with seating looking over the play area.. so me and mum sat and had a coffee whilst the played.. brilliant. There is also a good food menu for adults and which is an added bonus. ⭐️⭐️Disappointing Experience I booked a at Jumpin Fun Salisbury, and honestly, I was very disappointed with how it was run. You get 1 hour in the inflatable/bouncy area and 45 minutes in what they call a “party room.” The setup was very poor – food was left on the table in big plates with empty plates for the kids, but nothing to actually serve the food with. There was no organisation at all, and we were expected to do everything ourselves from start to finish. They advertise that you’ll have a “host,” but that’s just a title – our host did absolutely nothing except stand there. For £250, I expected someone to actually host the properly: lead the into the room, organise the cake cutting first, serve food to the guests, and create a fun atmosphere (maybe even with music). That’s how it’s done at other venues, and it makes a huge difference. Instead, it was chaotic. The started eating before the cake was cut, and of course I don’t blame them – they’re just – but it happened because of a complete lack of organisation from the staff. It felt like the weren’t trained on how to run a children’s at all. The only reason I gave 2 star instead of 1 is because the inflatable play itself was fun. But overall, I felt like my child’s was a mess, and that’s really disappointing after spending £250. Jumpin Fun needs to seriously retrain their on how to properly host and organise parties. If they want a model, they should take a look at Outburst in Salisbury, where the hosts actually run the and make it special. What a shame. My son had his 7th here, and it was amazing he really enjoyed it, food was really good, especially the doughnuts! We had a member off called neve who really was helpful and polite and was there if we needed any help. I would definitely recommend for a 🎉 We held a 6th here. From the moment we stepped through the door the service was fantastic. The were genuinely happy to help, friendly and attentive. The processes were straightforward and well organised. The room was great and the pizzas were amazing. Would highly recommend for parties. The did not communicate the correct price per hour, I came from another city and was initially told it was 15 pounds for 2 hours, later I was told it was 1 hour. In my opinion it was not worth 15 pounds per hour, I have been to several places like this where we had free water for and the price of food was much more affordable. A nice place for to have fun. there are no prices for drinks in the fridges. Secondly, reading the liability statement, it states that the venue will not be responsible for personal injury or death, even if they are caused by the equipment on site. So, have fun at your own risk. However, there is a first aid service on site for blows caused by children. I would like to write a follow-up to yesterday's review. My injured their elbow and the did not notify me at all. The area became infected because I did not see the doctor and I did not have anything to disinfect the elbow with, as a mother I am very disappointed with what happened to my children. Honestly, it seems to me that the does not supervise the as they should and do not do their job, if I had been notified that my daughter had hurt herself, maybe now she would not have an infected elbow. I do not recommend this place because it is not safe for children! Great place to come with the in the summer holidays also very impressed with the food in the cafe all very fresh compared to a lot of soft play places can be a bit stale. The behind the till were all very welcoming and polite when paying. A young girl especially I was impressed with her manors and generosity, I didn’t catch her name tag, but over heard someone had called her by Aleasha? Highly recommend !
