I was trying to look for something to do on a quiet Sunday evening and found that this Opera House was performing La Traviata - which I’d heard was a very good opera for beginners to see. Even with the Polish surtitles, it was simple to follow some form of plot through the incredible ability of all on stage. The programme also contained an English act-by-act synopsis which helped greatly too! Most of the staff I encountered didn’t know any or much English, but we were all very patient to ensure that we were able to understand the jist of the conversations.
