Hands down a great experience all around. The fierce and amazing woman running it makes it the greatest place ❤️. Food is amazing. The house salad is so full of flavor with goat cheese and raisins… all meats perfectly cooked… we love this place! Just be aware that Sunday lunch can get crazy busy and you might want to make a reservation. Great value, great service, great views, juicy steaks. Asador el Muelle is where the locals go. If you're looking for an Andaluz experience and warmth, look no further! It's got all the ingredients - handwritten menu, screeching chairs on tile floor, families gathered for a bite and the friendly chatter with all and sundry. I had the best solomillo Iberico I've ever had, and a ridiculously large portion of it. My husband had the ragut (beef casserole/stew) and was equally satisfied. While chatting with the waitress I mentioned that it was my birthday yesterday, and before I knew it the staff came out with a complimentary cake with a candle in it singing happy birthday! If I wasn't in love with the place before, that singing sealed the deal. If I'm ever in the neighbourhood again, I'll definitely be back! We had a lovely Sunday lunch here. The food was excellent as was the service and general ambience. A special "thank you" to Americo who was very helpful in explaining the menu etc and to the owner of the restaurant too who was very generous with the local liquor! Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon's meal! Lovely rustic restaurant with a comprehensive menu and beautifully cooked food. We had the sole and the entrecôte steak and a baked cheesecake afterwards. The house wine is very good too. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area. Fantastic relaxing restaurant next to train stop. Good with family. Nice outdoor area when sun is up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I went with my boyfriend for lunch when we finished thr tour of Cueva de la Pileta last week. This restaurant is suggested from the tour of the cave. It turned out perfectly, we love the food, especially the meat. I ordered rabbit meat, and my boyfriend ordered lamb, both are delicious! We also tried Arabic pudding, which it's also tasty as well(This is my first time eating rabbit, yet I'm sure it'll be the best one). The lady who took our order (should be the owner) was really friendly, she gave us two shots after the meals, they're superb! All in all, big satisfaction, and hopefully to visit there again! xoxo Relaxed ambience, lovely location overlooking the train lines and the station. Genuinely friendly service giving the sensation you are being hosted at a familiar house! Don't worry if it's really busy, you could enjoy your beer in the several barrels on the terrace. Simple, yet truly tasty meats! Should not miss pork mains and definitely a must the shot of arancelo to finish your meal! Definitely coming back soon.
