Very friendly staff, great service, very accommodating as we were there very late.. Food was amazing We was looking for a place to eat and we came across this steak house we did not have a reservation but the staff arranged a nice table for us very friendly staff and the food was super delicious would definitely eat here again! For Christmas they only make pizza for children but then kids got a adult size pizza: nonsense. Spa branded water served in anonymous water caraffe (no way to trace the origin). Same for Coca-Cola. After all acceptable for a cheap family outing. Service was great, quick and friendly. Prices are very fair and reasonable, the house red wine is great for the price you pay. Overall, Definitely not authentic Italian food frankly, but that doesn’t mean it’s not absolutely delicious anyways! Would 100% come back next time I’m visiting Arnhem. Was also nice that it was open later on a Sunday evening, we arrived at 830pm and no issues at all with having a full meal. Portions were good too and they were happy to provide to go boxes to take our leftovers home. If you’re looking for a solid overall dining experience, look no further! When we tried to call them a few days later (to give them a second change on the food) to raise the number of the group reservation for the week after (8 to 9), we were put on hold twice for over 5 minutes. All together we deciced to cancel the whole reservation once we finally got someone on the phone (and only after when we said `NO, we do NOT want to hold...) and take our business elsewere It was a busy Saturday night and still the service was excellent. Our waiter Casper and the whole team were knowledgeable, spoke English, were very attentive and made our evening enjoyable. Food was tasty and cooked perfectly. We would come back again.
