Unfriendly unhelpful staff and really boring escape room. The staff was rude, unwelcoming and extremely unhelpful. We were stuck for 15 minutes before we got some help and in spite of asking for help in the camera multiple times we didn't get the help needed. He was really cold with us in general and apparently didn't speak English. We played the bank. The was also really tattered and badly designed. Half the locks were stuck, torches didn't work even though we had to play the entire in the dark and in general the design was just not interesting. I would not recommend this place to others particularly foreigners. We did NERO A.I. a very fun escape room! Very much recommended! Nero escape didn't work like it should, so disappointing when so much was expected and hyped up. Staff wasn't really solution-oriented and let us pay the full price. Won't come back here Good escape room. For experienced players 3 people in the team will be perfect! Good designe and freat puzzles! I have tried playing all 4 rooms including the new NeuroAI and my friends and I had so much fun each time! The new is very different from anything I have played before and I really loved the unique concept. Also very nice that they have English versions for some of the rooms! :) Had an amazing time! The puzzles were clever, and the staff made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the most fun things to do in Tilburg.
