If you like Grappa or even want to try a variety of liqours (whiskey, gins), then the Poli distillery is worth a trip. We did the two hour which includes and insightful of the history and the distillery itself. The explanation and detail was really nice and the staff throughout the distillery were awesome. At the end, you are taken to their tasting room where you can try just about everything (if not, everything) they make at your own pace (around 30-40 minutes). The is 20 Euro per person and overall, we enjoyed our time here. This is a must experiance. You can try the different flavors with samples or mist. Either one will give you the desired effect. If you find yourself in Bassano Del Grappa, do yourself a favor and check out this amazing, unique, family owned, and world renowned, artisan distillery. We scheduled a and tasting, and we got to see the beautiful building, history, and equipment. Our guide was fantastic and funny! We also got lucky enough to meet the owner, who was very friendly, kind, and is a 5th generation distiller from the Poli family! We got to taste a variety of different Grappas, and every one of them was unique and delicious. We ended up buying 7 bottles to bring home and enjoy!
