Most of the people are daily visitors Restaurant was not up to the mark. We went for lunch with my important guests. There was no water in toilet, washbasin. After lunch we couldn't wash hand. I went to reception to complain but the counter was empty. But during billing a came to the counter just for billing and cash collection only. We were just going through this restaurant and saw this beautiful place and stopped for a while and enquired to the security about the food. The security gave an excellent report about food. But after the lunch i was disappointed because the guest i took to the restaurant was very important to me. This restaurant need to improve the quality of serving, washroom. Won't find any other building's architecture as good as Old Crescent in Sehore. Food quality specially snacks & starters are better than their meal with fast of their waiters. Overall nice place to hang-out with your friends!! First of all room here at this hotel gives a very nice vibe. Infront is located a very beautiful bamboo garden can go there for pictures and all. Since it is in water scarcity area you should always check the flush before using washroom. Else everything was good and its not that pricy. Good and very good for nonveg and veg food Unhygienic & irregular customer services.. is lingering for tips only...rooms & resturant are unhygienic & filthy Service was poor pathetic . Nobody care about you False billing, I’ll request the manager to call me, restaurant have charged us extra and misbehaved also I went to have lunch. The food taste is average and not up to the cost. There were house flies around and not able to have food peacefully. Hey everyone,myself divya pahuja and I am locally from on 01/10/2023 my family has planned a dinner party at old crescent we reached @10:15 PM and we order chilli paneer and paneer pakoda at same time and after 10 mins we order dinner but the due to worst of old crescent we wait 45 mins and kids were very hungry and started crying we left the table and approach owner to complain that how much we have to wait for dinner Mr.Ranjha Rai replied that there is limited chef today we very disappointed from we came home with sad faces for not enjoying dinner and next we will never plan a dinner to old crescent as behaviour is also not good.they won't take their customer requirements seriously and not working to improve their pls do not go old crescent better to go some other nice restaurants of Place is good, but it lacks when it comes to food teste and service. I recently visited this place and had a bad experience. The was extremely rude and ignored us even after eye contact. The waiter who came to take the food order was very arrogant. The food was also mid and not impressive Veri bed service and Staffing miss behaviour. Also our lagega is stolen. I personally suggest to all of you Don't book this hotel Pethatic service each and every time, almost 1 hour delay in food and the members acts like they don't get paid...🤣🤣 also they expect extra tip from you during the billing and If you won't give them tip then next time they will behave rude to you and do misbehave with you...this hotel has worst food service in 👎👎👎👎 The waiting time was extremely long...had to wait nearly 40 mins just for starters. The food quality was also disappointing, well below average. Overall, not worth the time or money.
